1. Hanging device comprising hanging means ( 70 ), an upper plate ( 10 ), a lower plate ( 20 ), a left side plate ( 30 ) and a right side plate ( 40 ), characterized in that
the top plate ( 10 ) has an elongated hole ( 11 ) extending in its longitudinal direction;
the lower plate ( 20 ) has an elongated hole ( 21 ) which extends in its longitudinal direction;
the upper plate ( 10 ) and the lower plate ( 20 ) have a number of pairs of aligned positioning holes ( 12 , 22 ) which are spaced apart in their longitudinal direction and are connected to the elongated holes ( 11 and 21 ), and each pair of the aligned positioning holes receive upper and lower ends of the hanging means ( 70 ), respectively, thereby holding the hanging means ( 70 ) between the upper and lower plates;
a movable plate ( 50 , 60 ) is mounted in the slot ( 11 , 21 ) of the upper plate ( 10 ) and / or the lower plate ( 20 ); and
