Abstract

A flooring panel, comprises a core of wooden material having an insulating material (6) on its inner side. The insulating material is formed in the longitudinal and transverse direction shorter than the panel. The insulating material is fixed by glued strips (7) running in the transverse direction, thick enough to form intermediate chambers (8) between the insulating layer and the panel.

Description

The invention relates to a panel, in particular a floor laminate panel with an egg a core made of wood-based material with an insulating layer on its underside, which is shorter in the longitudinal and transverse directions than the panel. Such a pa neel is known for example from DE 93 16 905 U1.

From DE 198 51 200 C1 panels are known, which are used especially by do-it-yourselfers can be used for laying floors as they are glued together without need to be installed very easily. For thermal insulation and The panels are avoiding room noise associated with footsteps usually with liners made of foam or cork or other Insulation mats laid. Laying the intermediate layers is often quite cumbersome and may require more skill than laying the panels themselves. If the Slip layers or folds can cause the surfaces affect the quality of the floor covering, on the other hand the desired Reduce impact sound insulation or thermal insulation.

Based on this problem, the well-known panel should be improved that with it good sound insulation and thermal insulation in particular can be created if it is used as a floor panel. In doing so it is still easy to lay the panels.

To solve the problem, the generic panel is characterized in that the Insulation layer is fixed by means of strip gluing, the glue strips in cross direction and are so thick that there is between the insulation layer and the Form the space between the panels.

As a result of this configuration, the insulation layer is bonded directly to the panel so that the insulation layer is installed at the same time as the panels, thereby the handling is significantly simplified. In that between the panel and air cushions are formed in the insulation layer, the thermal insulation is increased. Due to the shorter design of the insulation layer compared to the panel after laying the panels both lengthways and crossways between each insulation layer of each panel add more air cushions, which the sound Increase the insulation significantly because the impact sound no longer goes over the panel joint can be forwarded, since compression of the insulation layer ver is avoided.

The impact sound insulation is significantly improved if the density of the insulation material is between 150 kg / m 3 and 1000 kg / m 3 , in particular between 250 kg / m 3 and 500 kg / m 3 .

The insulation layer is preferably 4 mm to 8 mm and the panel is made of wood-based material 6 mm to 8 mm thick.

Excellent insulation properties have been found in practice when the Insulation layer made of a wood fiber material, in particular poplar fiber. It  can also be used as insulation, but also rubber, cork, minerals or plastics be set.

The panel is preferably glued to the insulation material using a PU adhesive, which is particularly elastically curable. This makes the impact noise lation further increased.

The gluing is done by applying the glue as a bead to the panel becomes.

With the aid of a drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below be described here. It shows.

Fig. 2 Die vereinfachte perspektivische Darstellung eines Fussbodens im Längsschnitt; Fig. 2 The simplified perspective view of a floor in longitudinal section;

Fig. 3 Die Unteransicht eines einzelnen Paneels. Fig. 3 The bottom view of a single panel.

The panel 1 consists of a core made of wood material, in particular MDF or HDF, with a decorative layer (not shown here) on its top 2 . On its longitudinal and transverse sides, the panel 1 is provided with a tongue 2 , 3 and on the opposite longitudinal and transverse sides with a groove 4 , 5 designed accordingly. On its underside, an insulation layer 6 is glued to the panel 1 . For this purpose, parallel glue beads 7 are provided, spaced in the transverse direction, which are so thick that 2 air cushions 8 can form between the insulation layer 6 and the panel. The insulation layer 6 is shorter both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction than the panel 1 (see FIG. 3), so that the insulation layer 6 is behind the panel 1 . As a result of this configuration, spaces 9 (longitudinal direction) and 10 (transverse direction) are formed on the parting line between two interconnected panels 1 both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction.

The density of the material used for the insulation layer 6 is preferably between 150 kg / m 3 and 1000 kg / m 3 , in particular between 250 kg / m 3 and 500 kg / m 3 . Wood fibers, in particular poplar fibers, rubber, cork, minerals and plastics are suitable as materials. The thickness of panel 1 is 6 mm to 8 mm and the thickness of the insulation layer is 4 mm to 8 mm. An elastically curable PU adhesive is used as the adhesive.
