Die Urinette besteht aus einem Trichter an einem ausziehbaren Gitter oder an einem beweglichen Arm mit Wasseranschluß, das Ganze ist an einer Toilettenwand befestigt. Weiter ist diese Urinette problemlos Höhen, Seiten, sowie vor und zurück verstellbar, praktisch in jede gewünschte Lage. Diese Urinette wird nur vom männlichen Geschlecht benutzt, ob goß oder klein. Sie wird bei Bedarf mit der Hand aus der Halterung an der Wand genommen, in die gewünschte Lage gerückt und direkt in die Toilettenschüssel gehalten, jetzt wird in diesen Trichter uriniert und nachgespühlt.
Dieser Trichter kann aus Edelstahl, Porzellan, Glas oder Plastik hergestellt werden. Da kein Syfong vorhanden ist, bleiben auch keine Urinrückstände zurück, daher ist diese Urinette auch noch total geruchsfrei. Bei Beendigung des Wasserlassens wird dieser Trichter (Urinette) wieder zurück an die Wand geschoben und in die Vorrichtung zum Abtropfen eingesteckt.
