Objekte, wie Waschtisch, WC-Becken, Bidet, Wanne, Armaturen, Heizungen usw., demon tiert werden müssen. Anschließend müssen die Wände aufge stemmt werden, so daß die alten Ver- und Entsorgungsleitun gen ausgebaut werden können. Diese alten Ver- und Entsor gungsleitungen werden dann durch neue Leitungen ersetzt, welche wieder eingemauert und angeputzt werden müssen. An schließend werden die Wand- und Bodenbeläge erneuert.
