DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung hektographischer Abzüge von Druckformen, die eine Schicht aus härtbarer Gelatine, einem lichtempfindlichen Material, z. B. Silberhalogenidemulsion, und einer nicht oder wenig gefärbten wasserunlösliehen Farbstoffkomponente, z. B. einer Leukobase von Malachitgrün, enthalten. Auf der Druckform wird auf photomechanischem Wege, vorzugsweise auf reflektographischem Wege, in gehärteter Gelatine ein positives ReMefspiegelbild der Vorlage gebildet. Dies geschieht zweckmäßigerweise unter Anwendung des Herschel-Effektes. Die nicht gehärteten Gelatineschichten werden durch Entwicklung entfernt, und das gehärtete Gelatinerelief wird durch Behandlung mit Oxydationsmitteln, z. B. Kaliumpermanganat, zur Farbumsetzung vorbereitet. Es hat sich nun gezeigt, daß bei den Vervielfältigungsmaschinen zum Umdrucken hektographischer Originale, die entweder direkt mit Befeuchtungsfilzen arbeiten oder indirekt mittels eines befeuchteten Filzes die Feuchtigkeit auf die Abzugblätter übertragen, die Verwendung von auskristallisierenden Säuren unmöglich ist, da bei längeren Arbeitsunterbrechungen die Kristalle der Säuren die Poren der Filze verschließen, so daß keine einwandfreie Flüssigkeitszufuhr mehr möglich ist. Hinzukommt, daß es für die bekannten Umdruckvervielfältigungsmaschinen unvorteilhaft ist, als Abzugflüssigkeit eine wäßrige Lösung von Säuren zu verwenden, da eine zu starke Durchnässung der zu bedruckenden Papiere bzw. der Druckformen erfolgt, so daß die Abzugblätter zum Kleben an der Druckform neigen und ferner knitterempfindlich sind und beim Auswurf der Papiere diese zur Rollbildung veranlassen.
