Stopfer für den Füllschacht einer Haushaltschneidmaschine
Die Stopfer für Füllschächte an Haushaltschneid-
maschinen, z. B. zum Schneiden von Gemüse, bestehen
im allgemeinen aus einem in den Füllschacht glatt
passenden Holzklotz. TIieriiiit kann beliebig zu schnei-
dendes Gemüse der Schneidscheibe zugeführt «-erden.
aber es ist damit nicht möglich, wurzelartige Gemüse.
Gurken oder Bohnen in gewünschte Scheiben zu
schneiden. Solche Gemüse müssen daher der Schneid-
scheibe mit der Hand zugeführt werden, was unter
Umständen zu Verletzunen führt.
Die Erfindung bezieht' sich auf einen Stopfer für
den Füllschacht an Haushaltschneidmaschinen, und
das Wesentliche bestellt darin, daß ein Hauptstopfer
in sich einen engeren Hilfsfüllschacht enthält und für
diesen ein passender Hilfsstopfer vorgesehen ist. Dies
hat den Vorteil, daß durch den Hilfsschacht in Schei-
ben zti schneidendes längliches Gemüse, z. B. Gurken.
Mohrrüben, in Längsrichtung unterteilte Kartoffeln
u. dgl., eingeführt und durch den Hilfsstopfer bis zti
ihrem Ende an die Schneidscheibe leerangeführt wer-
den können, ohne daß eine Gefahr der Verletzung für
die bedienende Person besteht. Durch den neuen
Stopfer werden auch Spezialmaschinen für solche
Zwecke erspart.
Eine vorteilhafte Ausführungsform ergibt sich,
wenn der Hilfsstopfer nach vollständiger Einführung
in den Hilfsschacht in dein Hauptstopfer festlegbar
ist. z. h. mit Hilfe eines ßajonettverscliltisses am
unteren oder oberen Ende des Hilfsschachtes und
Hilfsstopfers bei runder Ausführung des Hilfsschachtes
oder durch einen Vorstecker, Schraube, federnde Raste
od. dgl., insbesondere bei unrunder Ausführung des
Hilfsschachtes. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß Hauptstopfer
und Hilfsstopfer in zusanmiengestecktem Zustand ein
Ganzes finit unterer glatter Druckfläche bilden, so daß
der Stopfer wie ein einheitlicher Stopfer benutz-
bar ist.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsform ergibt
sich, wenn der Hauptstopfer mehrere Hilfsfüllschächte
von verschiedener lichter Weite nebst zugehörigen
Hilfsstopfern enthält, wobei die Hilfsschächte neben-
einander im Hauptstopfer oder ineinander in einem
Hilfsstopfer angeordnet sind. Dies hat den Vorteil.
daß der jeweilige Hilfsschacht entsprechend der Dicke
des jeweiligen Gemüses, z. B. Gurken oder Schoten
von grünen Bohnen od. dgl., gewählt werden kann.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsform ergibt
sich, wenn ein Hilfsschacht z. B. neben einem anderen
senkrechten Hilfsschacht im Hauptstopfer schräg-
gerichtet, z. B. unter -15°, angeordnet ist. Ein solcher
Stopfer ist z. B. zur Bereitung von Schnippelbohnen
verwendbar. Ein solcher Schacht erhält zweckmäßig
einen ovalen Ouerschnitt, damit die Bohnenschoten
sich in deni Schacht nicht verdrehen.
Der Hauptstopfer nebst Hilfsschächten und Hilfs-
stopfern ist zweckmäßig als Hohlkörper mit Wänden
aus Kunststoff oder -Metall ausgebildet. Dies ermög-
licht eine bequeme Herstellung und eine saubere Pas-
sung der einzelnen Teile ineinander.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der
Erfindung. Es zeigt
Fig. 1 einen Hauptstopfer mit Hilfsschacht in einem
Hauptschacht nebst Schneidwerkzeug im Schnitt,
Fig. 2 einen Hilfsstopfer nebst Bajonettverschluß.

Stopfers im Schnitt.

schachtes 2 einer Haushaltschneidinaschine eine mit
Messern versehene Scheibe 3 nebst Antriebsachse 4
um.
In den Füllschacht ist ein Hauptstopfer 5 aus dünn-
wandigem Kunststoff oder Blech einsetzbar, der durch
eine aufgeklebte Griffkappe 6 oben abgeschlossen ist.
In den Boden 7 und die Kappe 6 ist ein Hilfsschacht 8
eingesetzt und gegebenenfalls einstückig mit den
Teilen 5 und 7 gepreßt und am oberen Ende mit der
Griffkappe 6 verklebt. Der Stopfer 5 hat im Beispiel
einen ovalen (Querschnitt, kann aber auch einen
runden, rechteckigen oder quadratischen Querschnitt
aufweisen. Ebenso kann der Hilfsschacht 8 statt des
gezeichneten runden Ouerschnittes auch einen ellipsen-
förmigen oder eckigen Ouerschnitt aufweisen.
In den Hilfsschacht 8 ist ein Hilfsstopfer 9 mit
Griff 10 aus Kunststoff oder Blech oder auch Holz
glatt einschiebbar und unterhalb des Griffs 10 mit
einer Nase 11 versehen, die in eine Bajonettverschluß-
nut 12 des Schachtes 7 unter Verdrehen einschiebbar
ist, so daß dann der Stopfer 5 und Hilfsstopfer 9 ein
Ganzes bilden. Statt des Bajonettverschlusses 11, 12
kann auch gemäß Fig. =1 eine abgefederte Raste 13 am
Scliaelit 8 vorgesehen sein, die in ein Loch 14 des
Hilfsstopfers 9 kraftschlüssig eingreift. Auch andere
Verschlüsse. z. B. Verschraubungen oder Vorstecker,
k;innen zur Verbindung des Hilfsstopfers 9 mit dem
flaupt#topfer 5, 8 vorgesehen sein, und zwar nach
\%-alt] am oberen oder unteren Ende des Hauptstopfers.
Soll hohl od. dgl. geschnitten werden, so werden

Die zusätzlichen Hilfsschächte können auch inner-

gleichachsig finit dem Hilfsschacht 8 angeordnet sein.
Bei genügend ])reiten Füllschächten 2 kann firn
Hauptstopfer auch ein etwa unter -15° zur Achse des
Füllschachtes 2 gerichteter Hilfsschacht liebst Hilfs-
stopfer. zti`eckinüßig von ovalem Querschnitt, ange-
ordnet sein. mit dessen Hilfe dann griine Bohnen
liebst ihren Schoten geschilippelt werden können. Der
ovale Querschnitt gewährleistet dabei. daß die grünen
Bohnen sich in dem Hilfsschacht nicht verdrehen und
stets in Richtung von der einen Kante nach der anderen

Durch den netten Stopfer wird die Schneiduiaschife
sehr vielseitig und erspart somit mehrere Sonder-
maschinell.
