Description

DEUTSCHESGERMAN

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing watch movement parts subject to friction, in particular of bearings or the like, made of a plastic with a low coefficient of friction. As is well known it is difficult to maintain the original accuracy of movements to secure. The accuracy of the parts subject to friction is, among other things, due to influences the required lubrication of these parts. The suggestion has already been made in general, Manufacture bearing parts made of plastics, namely polyamides, because they do not require any lubrication. However, if the plastics have a low coefficient of friction, as is desired, it is not possible, the parts subject to friction, so z. B. movement bearings, in the usual way by immediate Pressing into the holder, e.g. B. in the work plate to secure with security. That is true especially for clockwork parts, e.g. B. clockwork bearings, made of polytetrafluoroethylene, the other hand above all Because of its great hardness, it is a particularly useful material for watch movement parts subject to friction which also does not require oiling of the movement, constant friction properties and thus contributes to maintaining the accuracy of the watch.

Erfindungsgemäß wird nun eine einfache
sichere Befestigung der aus einem Kunststoff
geringem Reibungskoeffizienten, insbesondere
According to the invention, a simple one is now
secure fastening of the plastic
low coefficient of friction, in particular
Movement parts made from polytetrafluoroethylene
achieved by that these are anchored between the flanged edges of a metal sleeve and the latter is fitted into the holder.

2 eingesetzt bzw. in üblicher Weise eingedrückt. The drawing shows an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. 1 and 2 are the lower and upper work plates of a clockwork, which is represented by a gear 3 . With 4 the journal bearings are designated, in which the shaft of the gear 3 rotates. The journal bearings 4 are made of a plastic with a low coefficient of friction, in particular of polytetrafluoroethylene, and are anchored between the flanged edges of a metal sleeve 5. The metal sleeve of the two journal bearings is inserted into the work plate 1 or 2 or pressed in in the usual way.
