Zubereitung eines Medikamentes, das für die Behandlung von mit einer
Darminsuffizienz verbundenen Erkrankungen bestimmt ist.
Claims (8)
- Die Verwendung von L-Citrullin (I) für die Zubereitung eines Medikamentes, das für die Behandlung von mit einer Darminsuffizienz verbundenen Erkrankungen bestimmt ist.
- Die Verwendung von L-Citrullin gemäß des Anspruchs 1 für die Zubereitung eines Medikamentes, das dazu bestimmt ist, die plasmatische Konzentration an L-Arginin zu erhöhen, die bei Patienten, die an mit einer Darminsuffizienz verbundenen Erkrankungen leiden, anormal schwach ist.
- Die Verwendung von L-Citrullin gemäß des Anspruchs 1 oder 2 für die Zubereitung eines Medikamentes, das zur Behandlung der folgenden Erkrankungen bestimmt ist: – des Kurzdarmsyndroms in Folge einer Darmresektion, insbesondere in den Fällen der akuten mesenterialen Ischämie, der Thrombose der oberen mesenterialen Vene, des Dünndarmvolvulus und der eingeklemmten Brüche, der chronischen intestinalen Pseudoobstruktion, des radischen Dünndarms, des Morbus Crohn, der nicht granulomatösen ulzerösen Jejunoileitis, des Bauchtraumas, – der Zöliakie, – der chronischen Entzündungskrankheiten des Darms, wie etwa des Morbus Crohn und der Colitis ulcerosa, – der mit der Alterung verbundenen Darminsuffizienz, oder – der mit einer Bestrahlung verbundenen Darminsuffizienz.
- Die Verwendung von L-Citrullin gemäß eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 für die Zubereitung einer pharmazeutischen Rezeptur, die als Hauptwirkstoff L-Citrullin, oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz von diesem, im Verbund mit einem pharmazeutisch akzeptablen Trägerstoff enthält.
- Die Verwendung von L-Citrullin gemäß eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 für die Zubereitung einer pharmazeutischen Rezeptur, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Einheitsdosis an L-Citrullin etwa 1 g bis etwa 10 g, insbesondere etwa 5 g, auf eine Dosierung von etwa 0,05 g/kg/Tag bis etwa 0,50 g/kg/Tag, insbesondere etwa 0,25 g/kg/Tag enthält.
- Die Verwendung von L-Citrullin gemäß eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 für die Zubereitung einer pharmazeutischen Rezeptur, die in trockener Form oder in Form einer wässrigen Lösung erscheint.
- Die Verwendung von L-Citrullin gemäß eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 für die Zubereitung einer pharmazeutischen Rezeptur, die in einer oral, intraperitoneal, enteral oder parenteral verabreichbaren Form erscheint.
- Die Verwendung von L-Citrullin gemäß eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 für die Zubereitung einer pharmazeutischen Rezeptur, die gleichfalls ein oder mehrere andere, zur Behandlung der Darminsuffizienz bestimmte Bestandteile enthält, wie etwa das Glutamin, das Ornithin, das Wachstumshormon oder das Somatomedin C.
