Abstract
Eine
Permeatauffanganordnung mit folgenden Merkmalen:
a) einer Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120, 120b) mit Wänden (111, 112, 121, 122);
b) einer festen Masse aus einem Eingießmaterial (101) mit einer ersten Fläche und einer zweiten Fläche, wobei sich das Eingießmaterial zu den Wänden (111, 112, 121, 122) der Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120, 120b) erstreckt und haftend an denselben angebracht ist, und wobei die zweite Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101) eine Permeatauffangzone (128, 129) mit der Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120, 120b) bildet;
c) einer Mehrzahl von Hohlfasermembranen (12), die in dem Eingießmaterial (101) eingeschlossen sind, wobei sich die Membranen (12) von der ersten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101) erstrecken und offene Enden aufweisen, die von der zweiten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101) in die Permeatauffangzone (128, 129) vorstehen; und
d) einer Luftröhre (103, 127), die durch das Eingießmaterial (101) läuft, wobei die Luftröhre (103, 127) ein erstes Ende, das von der ersten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101) vorsteht, und...
a) einer Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120, 120b) mit Wänden (111, 112, 121, 122);
b) einer festen Masse aus einem Eingießmaterial (101) mit einer ersten Fläche und einer zweiten Fläche, wobei sich das Eingießmaterial zu den Wänden (111, 112, 121, 122) der Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120, 120b) erstreckt und haftend an denselben angebracht ist, und wobei die zweite Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101) eine Permeatauffangzone (128, 129) mit der Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120, 120b) bildet;
c) einer Mehrzahl von Hohlfasermembranen (12), die in dem Eingießmaterial (101) eingeschlossen sind, wobei sich die Membranen (12) von der ersten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101) erstrecken und offene Enden aufweisen, die von der zweiten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101) in die Permeatauffangzone (128, 129) vorstehen; und
d) einer Luftröhre (103, 127), die durch das Eingießmaterial (101) läuft, wobei die Luftröhre (103, 127) ein erstes Ende, das von der ersten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101) vorsteht, und...
Claims (5)
- Eine Permeatauffanganordnung mit folgenden Merkmalen: a) einer Permeatauffangeinrichtung (
120 ,120b ) mit Wänden (111 ,112 ,121 ,122 ); b) einer festen Masse aus einem Eingießmaterial (101 ) mit einer ersten Fläche und einer zweiten Fläche, wobei sich das Eingießmaterial zu den Wänden (111 ,112 ,121 ,122 ) der Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120 ,120b ) erstreckt und haftend an denselben angebracht ist, und wobei die zweite Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101 ) eine Permeatauffangzone (128 ,129 ) mit der Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120 ,120b ) bildet; c) einer Mehrzahl von Hohlfasermembranen (12 ), die in dem Eingießmaterial (101 ) eingeschlossen sind, wobei sich die Membranen (12 ) von der ersten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101 ) erstrecken und offene Enden aufweisen, die von der zweiten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101 ) in die Permeatauffangzone (128 ,129 ) vorstehen; und d) einer Luftröhre (103 ,127 ), die durch das Eingießmaterial (101 ) läuft, wobei die Luftröhre (103 ,127 ) ein erstes Ende, das von der ersten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101 ) vorsteht, und ein zweites Ende, das von der zweiten Fläche des Eingießmaterials (101 ) vorsteht, aufweist, wobei das zweite Ende in Kommunikation mit einem Plenum oder einem Verteiler (107 ) steht, durch das/den ein Gas zugeführt werden kann. - Die Permeatauffanganordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der sich das Eingießmaterial (
101 ) zu der Luftröhre (103 ,127 ) erstreckt und haftend an demselben angebracht ist. - Die Permeatauffanganordnung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der sich die Wände (
121 ,122 ) der Permeatauffangeinrichtung (120b ) von der Permeatauffangzone (128 ,129 ) erstrecken und einen Teil des Plenums bilden. - Die Permeatauffanganordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Luftröhre (
127 ) durch die Permeatauffangzone (128 ,129 ) läuft. - Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Permeatauffanganordnung gemäß Anspruch 2, bei dem die Membranen (
12 ) eingegossen sind und die Luftröhre (103 ,127 ) dichtend in dem Eingießmaterial (101 ) befestigt ist, mit folgenden Schritten: a) Eintauchen der Enden einer Mehrzahl von Membranen (12 ) in ein flüchtiges Material; b) Bereitstellen einer Luftröhre (103 ,127 ), die von dem flüchtigen Material nach oben vorsteht; c) nach den Schritten (a) und (b), Platzieren eines flüssigen Eingießmaterials über dem flüchtigen Material, wobei das flüssige Eingießmaterial um die Membranen (12 ) und die Luftröhre (103 ,127 ) herum fließt und sich dann verfestigt und das Eingießmaterial haftend and den Membranen (12 ) und der Luftröhre (103 ,127 ) anbringt; und d) Entfernen des flüchtigen Materials von den Membranen (12 ) und der Luftröhre (103 ,127 ).
