Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mit Wasserstoff und/oder Kohlenmonoxid angereicherten Gases durch katalytische Autothermal-Reformierung eines Ausgangsmaterials, das Kohlenwasserstoffe mit zwei oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen enthält, in einem Autothermal-Reformer, wobei der Reformierungsschritt aus den folgenden Schritten besteht:
(a) dem Durchleiten des Ausgangsmaterials durch einen ersten Reaktor, der einen Katalysator für die Dampfreformierung enthält, um den Gehalt an Kohlenwasserstoffen mit zwei oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen in dem Ausgangsmaterial zu verringern oder um diese Kohlenwasserstoffe aus dem Ausgangsmaterial zu entfernen, wobei die Temperatur am Auslass des ersten Reaktors unterhalb von 600°C liegt;
(b) dem Überführen des Produktes aus dem ersten Reaktor in einen Autothermal-Reformer; und
(c) dem Entfernen eines Produktgases, das mit Wasserstoff und Kohlenmonoxid angereichert ist, aus dem Autothermal-Reformer.

Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mit Wasserstoff und/oder Kohlenmonoxid angereicherten Gases durch katalytische Autothermal-Reformierung eines Ausgangsmaterials, das Kohlenwasserstoffe mit zwei oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen enthält, in einem Autothermal-Reformer, wobei der Reformierungsschritt aus den folgenden Schritten besteht: (a) dem Durchleiten des Ausgangsmaterials durch einen ersten Reaktor, der einen Katalysator für die Dampfreformierung enthält, um den Gehalt an Kohlenwasserstoffen mit zwei oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen in dem Ausgangsmaterial zu verringern oder um diese Kohlenwasserstoffe aus dem Ausgangsmaterial zu entfernen, wobei die Temperatur am Auslass des ersten Reaktors unterhalb von 600°C liegt; (b) dem Überführen des Produktes aus dem ersten Reaktor in einen Autothermal-Reformer; und (c) dem Entfernen eines Produktgases, das mit Wasserstoff und Kohlenmonoxid angereichert ist, aus dem Autothermal-Reformer.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Reaktor unter adiabatischen Bedingungen betrieben wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Ausgangsmaterial Erdgas und/oder assoziiertes Gas umfasst.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Methanol oder Dimethylether durch 1) katalytische Autothermal-Reformierung eines Ausgangsmaterials, das Kohlenwasserstoffe mit zwei oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen enthält, in einem Autothermal-Reformer, wobei der Reformierungsschritt aus den folgenden Schritten besteht: (a) dem Durchleiten des Ausgangsmaterials durch einen ersten Reaktor, der einen Katalysator für die Dampfreformierung enthält, um den Gehalt an Kohlenwasserstoffen mit zwei oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen in dem Ausgangsmaterial zu ver ringern oder um diese Kohlenwasserstoffe aus dem Ausgangsmaterial zu entfernen, wobei die Temperatur am Auslass des ersten Reaktors unterhalb von 600°C liegt; (b) dem Überführen des Produktes aus dem ersten Reaktor in einen Autothermal-Reformer; und (c) dem Entfernen eines Produktgases, das mit Wasserstoff und Kohlenmonoxid angereichert ist, aus dem Autothermal-Reformer, und 2) Umwandeln des Produktgases, das mit Wasserstoff und Kohlenmonoxid angereichert ist, zu Methanol oder Dimethylether.
  5. Verwendung des Produktgases, das mit Wasserstoff und/oder Kohlenmonoxid angereichert ist und das mit dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 hergestellt wurde, in einem Fischer-Tropsch-Prozess.
