Abstract
Fig. 1{koaxiales Beleuchtungssystem; Stereomikroskop; Operationsmikroskop; Strahlenteilerspiegel; Beobachtungsstrahlengang; Spiegelpaar; Lichtfalle; Beleuchtungslicht}The invention relates to a coaxial illumination system for stereomicroscopes. A strictly coaxial illumination for both stereoscopic beams is realized by providing a coaxial illumination system for stereomicroscopes, especially surgical microscopes, with a stereo base width B and lens intercept S, where the illuminating light is over inclined split beams and a light trap is provided for false light, two partial beam splitter mirrors are provided, which are inclined against each other by the angle arctg * and the dividing line of the mirror between the stereoscopic observation beam expands and the center axes of the observation beam are perpendicular to the axis of inclination of the mirror pair. Figure 2 illustrates the front lens of the surgical microscope and 3,3 'marks the projection of the entrance pupil of both stereoscopic beam paths in the objective plane. 4,4 'are the center rays of the two stereoscopic light paths; they are inclined at a width of the stereo base 7 of, for example, 22mm and at a lens cutting width of 200mm by 3.1 degrees to the lens axis 5. 6 and 6 'is a pair of semitransparent mirrors inclined at 45 degrees about an axis parallel to the stereo base, the mirrors 6, 6' according to the invention being tilted against each other such that the central beams 4, 4 'are perpendicular to the axis of inclination of the mirrors stand. The center beams 4,4 'pierce the pair of mirrors at 8 and 8', respectively. 9 is the housing for an illumination system, preferably consisting of 8US a Lichtleitbündel 10 and an imaging lens 11, which images the light exit surface of the fiber bundle on the partially transmissive pair of mirrors 6,6 'in the object 12. 13 is the housing of a light trap, which is provided with highly absorbent pad 14 and suppresses the reflection of the passing through the partially transmitting mirror illumination light. 15 is a pull magnet with an armature 16, which can pivot out about the mirror 6,6 'about an axis 18 from the beam path via a lever 17.
The coating of the partially transmissive mirrors is spectrally selective and suppresses in particular light with wavelengths below 430 nm in order to protect the retina of the eye from damage.
In another embodiment of the additional illumination according to the invention two parallel illumination systems are used. This has the advantage of a possible flat design. The function of the coaxial illumination system according to the invention results from the strict coaxial test, which is equally guaranteed for both stereo beam paths.
