Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Schweissen von Plasten, insbesondere auf das Stumpfkontaktschweissen von Plastteilen und gestattet es, den Ausnutzungsgrad des Erhitzers und die Schweissqualitaet zu erhoehen. Die Vorrichtung zum Kontaktschweissen von Thermoplasten weist einen Halter 1 auf, auf den der Erhitzer 2, der auf der Welle 3 befestigt ist und sich im Mantel 4 befindet, die Reinigungselemente 5, die Kollektoren 6 und die Abzugsrohre 7 montiert wurden. Der Mantel 4 ist mit schraegen Oeffnungen 8 ausgestattet, die fuer die Zufuhr von zu schweissenden Teilen an den Erhitzer 2 verantwortlich sind, und an die Ventilation angeschlossen. Die Reinigungselemente 5 befinden sich im Inneren des Mantels 4, sie umgeben den Erhitzer 2 und sind drehbar am Halter 1 befestigt.
