Abstract
In der Folge wird ein Mittel beschrieben, welches aus einer Kombination von Aminosaeuren und Phenolcarbonsaeuren besteht und bei der In-vitro-Kultivierung von Fichte und Laerche die Sprossstreckung und Wurzelbildung positiv beeinflusst. Dabei wird nicht nur eine quantitative Verbesserung der Wurzelbildung, sondern auch eine qualitative (Feinwurzelanteil) erreicht.In the following, an agent is described, which consists of a combination of amino acids and phenolcarboxylic acids and in the in vitro cultivation of spruce and larch positively influences the shoot extension and rooting. Vier Wochen alte aseptisch gekeimte Fichtensämlinge wurden als Hypokotylstecklinge (entfaltete Kotyledonen + 15mm Hypokoty!) 10mm tief mit dem Hypokotyl in das nachfolgend beschriebene verfestigte Nährmedium eingesetzt. Einem Basismedium nach BORNMAN (Physiol. Plant. 57 (1983) 5-16), welches in halber Konzentration Verwendung fand, wurden 20g Saccharose sowie 4,5g Agar-Agar zum Verfestigen zugesetzt. Außerdem erfolgen eine Zugabe von je 100mg/l Glutamin (GIn) und Arginin (Arg) sowie unterschiedliche Mengen Vanillin nach dem Autoklavieren der Nährmedien. Hypokotylstecklinge von Fichte wurden entsprechend Beispiel 1 beschrieben auf einem Nährmedium nach BORNMAN mit je 100mg/l Arginin und Glutamin und verschiedenen Konzentrationen von Vanillin aufgesetzt.
