Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Kautschukmischungen fuer Metalloberflaechen, vorzugsweise fuer Fahrzeugluftreifen mit Stahlkord-Gummieinlagen, mit einer verbesserten Haftung an den Metalloberflaechen, insbesondere an den Schnittkanten des Stahlkords. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, der Kautschukmischung einen Haftvermittler zuzumischen, der eine gute Bindung zu den Stahloberflaechen gewaehrleistet. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemaess geloest, indem neben den bekannten Haftvermittlern eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formelwobei R CH2CH2Cl, CHCH2, CH2CH2OHwobei R1 CH2CH2Clwobei X OH, OCH2Ch2Cl odereine oligomere Gruppeund n1-9 bedeutet, zugemischt wird.The invention relates to rubber compounds for metal surfaces, preferably for pneumatic vehicle tires with steel cord rubber inserts, with improved adhesion to the Metallloberflaechen, especially at the cut edges of the steel cord. In einer Kautschukmischung für eine Stahlkordbelegung, bzw. eine Mischung zur Überdeckung der Schnittkanten des Stahlkords, die Resorcin und Hexamethylentetramin als Formaldehydspender enthält, wird während des Mischprozesses Vinylphosphorsäure-bis-2-chlorethylester zugegeben. Mit dieser Mischung wird ein Stahldraht ohne spezielle Oberflächenbeschichtung belegt.
