Abstract
Die Erfindung findet beim Wickelwechsel an Aufwickelwellen der Laengsschneidemaschine fuer bahnfoermiges Material Anwendung. Ziel der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Wickelwechsel, das weitestgehend mechanisiert und oekonomisch in der Anwendung ist. Das wird dadurch geloest, dass die Aufwickelwellen von Laengsschneidemaschinen mit zwei und mehr Wickelachsen mittels eines Aushebegeraetes gleichzeitig aus der Laengsschneidemaschine herausgehoben werden und in den Kassetten des Aushebegeraetes auf den mit Bund ausgefuehrten Wickelkernen aufliegen. Die Aufwickelwellen werden dann durch eine Wellenzugvorrichtung aus den Wickelkernen herausgezogen. Die in den Kassetten liegenden Wickel werden durch kurzzeitiges Neigen der Kassetten oder durch Schubeinrichtungen in den bereitgestellten Transport- und Lagercontainer ueberfuehrt. Danach sind die Kassetten mit neuen Wickelkernen zu bestuecken und mittels Wellenzugvorrichtungen werden die Aufwickelwellen eingeschoben. Die so vorbereiteten Aufwickelwellen muessen dann an der Laengsschneidemaschine zum Wellenwechsel abgelegt werden.The invention finds the winding change on winding shafts Laengsschneidemaschine for web-like material application. Ein Aushebegerät 1, wie Fig. 1a zeigt, entnimmt der Längsschneidemaschine mit zwei Wickelachsen die zwei Aufwickelwellen mittels seiner Greifarme 3, die pro Wickelachse paarweise vorgesehen sind. Eine Schubeinrichtung 4 bewegt die Aufwickelwellen in die Kassetten 5. Diese Position ist die Ruhelage der Aufwickelwellen 2 im Aushebegerät 1 (Fig. 1 b). In der Kassette 5 liegt die Aufwickelwelle 2 mit dem Bund 6 der Wickelkerne 7 auf. Nach dem Heranführen des Transport- und Lagercontainers 11, wie es in Fig. dargestellt ist, rollen durch Neigen der Kassetten 5 die Wickel 10 auf den Bund 6 der Wickelkerne 7 in den Transport- und Lagercontainer 11. Dieser kann dann geschlossen und in ein Lager geschoben werden. Nach Anheben der Kassetten 5 des Aushebegerätes 1 werden diese wieder mit Wickelkernen 7 gefüllt. Mittels der Wellenzugvorrichtung 8 werden die Aufwickelwellen 2 in die Wickelkerne 7 eingeführt (Fig. 4).
