Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein mineralisches Bindemittel mit beschleunigter Erhaertung auf der Basis von Tonerdezement und Zuschlagstoffen. Sie befasst sich mit einem schnellhaertenden hydraulischen Gemisch mit extrem schneller, nur Minuten dauernder Zunahme der mechanischen Festigkeit und Wasserundurchlaessigkeit. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass das schnellhaertende hydraulische Gemisch (in Gewichtsteilen ausgedrueckt) aus 100 Teilen Tonerdezement, 3 bis 30 Teilen gemahlenem Kalk oder Kalkstaub, 3 bis 30 Teilen Kreidekalk mit einem Gehalt von mindestens 50% Masseteilen unter 45 mm und 0,1 bis 5 Teilen Haerter, z. B. organischer Saeure, besteht, die zwei Karboxylgruppen und/oder loesliches Sulfat eines zweiwertigen Metalls und/oder einer anionaktiven sulfurierten Verbindung der aromatischen Reihe oder eine heterozyklischen Verbindung enthaelt. Dem Gemisch entsprechend der Erfindung kann man 5 bis 900 Teile Portlandzement oder Schlackenzement zusetzen und seine spezifische Oberflaeche durch Mahlen auf eine Groesse von mindestens 360 m2kg 1, vorzugsweise 500 m2kg 1 bringen. Weiterhin kann man das Gemisch durch Zusatz eines Zuschlagstoffes auffuellen. Die Erfindung kann vor allem bei der Herstellung trockener zusammengesetzter Gemische angewendet werden, die fuer die Schnellreparatur von Schaeden in Betonkonstruktionen bestimmt sind, z. B. zum Abdichten von Wasserquellen in Betonwaenden unterirdischer Bauten, z. B. Keller, Tunnel, Zufahrtstrassen, zur Ausbesserung verschiedener Schaeden an Betonkonstruktionen usw.The invention relates to a mineral binder with accelerated Erhaertung based on alumina cement and aggregates.
