Abstract

Das Ziel der Erfindung besteht darin, die Verbindung des Keramikisolators des Halbleiterbauelements mit der Grundplatte mittels Schweissen ohne angeloeteten Schweissansatz zu verbessern. Das wird erreicht, indem die den Schweissansatz bildende Kante des Flansches an der Klemmvorrichtung gebogen und bearbeitet wird.
