Abstract
Bei der Wirbelstromsortieranlage mit einer kegelfoermigen Arbeitskammer und einem Eingang im Oberteil der Sortieranlage kommt es bei der Polystyrolgranulatsortierung oefter zum Verstopfen des Ausgangshalses. Die Erfindung ist eine neue Wirbelstromsortieranlagenkonstruktion zum Aussortieren von Schaumpolystyrolgranulat aus einer Papiermasse. Im untersten Teil der Wirbelstromsortieranlage befindet sich das Zylindergehaeuse der Eingangskammer 1, an dessen Rand im unteren Teil tangential der Eingangshals 2 liegt. Im Inneren des Zylindergehaeuses der Eingangskammer 1 ist das konzentrisch begrenzte Gehaeuse 3 ausgebildet. An das Zylindergehaeuse der Eingangskammer 1 schliesst sich konzentrisch der kreisfoermige Ring 4 mit dem Tangentialausgangshals 5 an. An Ring 4 schliesst sich konzentrisch das Zylindergehaeuse der Arbeitskammer 6 an, dessen freies Unterteilende 61 in den Ring 4 ragt und dessen Oberteil mit einem zweiten Tangentialausgangshals 7 versehen ist.
