Claims (19)

1. Izolovaná nukleová kyselina kódující bakteriální Á6-desaturázu.
2. Nukleová kyselina podle nároku 1 obsahující nukleotidy ze SEQ. ID N0:3.
3. Izolovaná nukleová kyselina, která kóduje pro sekvenci aminokyseliny kódovanou nukleovou kyselinou podle nároku 1.
4. Izolovaná nukleová kyselina podle kteréhokoli z nároků
1 až 3, kde zmíněná nukleová kyselina Je obsažena ve vektoru.
5. Izolovaná nukleová kyselina podle nároku 4 operačně napojená na promotor a/nebo terminační signál schopný účinného vyjádření genového produktu zmíněné izolované nukleové kyseliny.
6. Izolovaná nukleová kyselina podle nároku 5, kde zmíněný promotor je promotor Αβ-desaturázy, promotor Anabaena karboxylázy, promotor helianthininu, promotor glycinu, promotor napinu nebo specifický tkáňový promotor helianthininu.
Τ'. Izolovaná nukleová kyselina podle nároku 5, kde terminační signál je Synechocystle terminační signál, terminační signál syntézy nopalinu nebo terminační signál semena.
8. Izolovaná nukleová kyselina podle7 kteréhokoli z nároků 1 až 7, kde izolovaná nukleová kyselina je obsažena ve transgenickém organismu.
9. Izolovaná nukleová kyselina podle nároku 8, kde transgenický organismus je bakterie, houba, rostlinná buňka nebo zvíře.
10. Způsob produkce rostliny se zvýšeným obsahem gamma linolenové kyseliny (GLA), vyznačující se tím, že obsahuje kroky:
(a) transformaci rostlinné buňky izolovanou nukleovou kyselinou podle kteréhokoli z nároků 1 až 7 a (b) regeneraci rostliny se zvýšeným obsahem GLA ze zmíněné rostlinné buňky.
11. Způsob podle nároku 10, vyznačující se tím, že rostlina je slunečnice, sojový bob, kukuřice, tabák, arašid nebo řepka olejka.
12. Způsob indukce tvorby gamma linolenové kyseliny (GLA) v organismu se sníženým obsahem nebo s chybějící GLA, vyznačující se tím, že se zmíněný organismus transformuje izolovanou nukleovou kyselinou podle kteréhokoli z nároků 1 až 7.
-2013. Způsob indukce tvorby gamma linolenové kyseliny (GLA) v organismu se sníženým obsahem nebo s chybějící GLA a linolovou kyselinou (LA), vyznačující se tím, že se zmíněný organismus transformuje izolovanou nukleovou kyselinou kódující bakteriální A6-desaturázu a izolovanou nukleovou kyselinou kódující Al2-desaturázu.
14. Způsob indukce tvorby gamroa linolenové kyseliny (GLA) v organismu se sníženým obsahem nebo s chybějící GLA a linolovou kyselinou (LA)* vyznačující se tím, že se zmíněný organismus transformuje alespoň jedním vektorem vyjádření obsahujícím izolovanou nukleovou kyselinu kódující bakteriální A6-desaturázu a izolovanou nukleovou kyselinu kódující Al2-desaturézu.
15. Způsob podle kteréhokoli z nároků 13 nebo 14, vyznačující se tím, že zmíněná izolovaná nukleová kyselina kódující 66-desaturázu obsahuje nukleotidy 317 až 1507 ze SEQ. ID N0:l.
16. Způsob indukce tvorby oktadekatetraeonové kyseliny v organismu se sníženým obsahem nebo chybějící gamma linolenovou kyselinou, vyznačující se tím, že se zmíněný organismus transformuje izolovanou nukleovou kyselinou podle kteréhokoli z nároků 1 až 7.
17. Způsob podle nároku 16, vyznačující se tím, že organismus je bakterie, houba, rostlina nebo zvíře.
18. Způsob produkce rostlinjr se zvýšenou odolností proti chladu, vyznačující se tím, že obsahuje:
(a) transformaci rostlinné buňky izolovanou nukleovou kyselinou podle kteréhokoli z nároků 1 až 7 a (b) regeneraci zmíněné rostliny se zlepšenou odolností proti chladu ze zmíněné rostlinné buňky.
19. Způsob podle nároku 18, vyznačující se tím, že rostlina je slunečnice, sojový bob, kukuřice, tabák, arašid nebo řepka olejka.
20. Izolovaná bakteriální A6-desaturéza.
21. Izolovaná bakteriální A6-desaturáza podle nároku 20, vyznačujíc í ac- léByr=£e má sekvenci aminokyselin ze SEQ. ID NO:2.
