Description

Technické řešení se týká konstrukčního uspořádání tepelného izolátoru, určeného především pro stavební fasádu, umožňujícího osazení průhledné či neprůhledné výplně, především skla a umožňující přenesení všech potřebných sil a fyzikálních požadavků mezi studenou a teplou zónou pláště s připojením k nosné části konstrukce pláště, především budov.
Dosavadní stav techniky
V současné době se ve stavebnictví užívá čím dál častěji systém flexibilní stavby, kdy je vytvořena konstrukce stavby a poté jsou montovány výplně, např. okenní rámy, fasádní systémy a podobně. Pro upevnění výplně k nosné části konstrukce se tedy dnes užívá množství profilů z různých materiálů s více či méně vysokými izolačními schopnostmi a s různým typem uchycení profilu k nosné části konstrukce pláště. Známá řešení jsou reprezentována například přihláškou Evropského vynálezu EP 265742, dále pak patentem DE 3925197 a dalšími.
Podstata technického řešení
Cílem technického řešení podle tohoto užitného vzoru je snížení tepelných ztrát v oblasti spojů přecházejících ze studené do teplé zóny. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo konstrukcí, materiálem a tvarem profilů tepelného izolátoru podle tohoto technického řešení, kdy požadovaný izolátor/profil je zhotoven z kompozitních materiálů s nízkou tepelnou vodivostí, čímž se sníží tepelná ztráta a vysokou pevností, čímž je schopen přenášet veškerá zatížení z výplní do nosné konstrukce pláště.

Claims (2)

1. Tepelný izolátor (1) určený především pro stavební fasádu, vyznačující se tím, že je 5 vytvořen jako jedno či vícekomorový prvek z kompozitních materiálů s nízkou tepelnou vodivostí a vysokou pevností a je profilován do tvaru „T“ nebo „L“ a nejméně jedno rameno (3) tepelného izolátoru (1) je uspořádáno za průhlednou či neprůhlednou výplň (2) na straně teplé zóny (4).
2, Tepelný izolátor (1) určený především pro stavební fasádu podle nároku 1, vyznačující se 10 tím, že tepelný izolátor (1) je připojen k nosnému profilu (6) pro přenesení všech sil, které plynou z osazení a zatížení průhledných či neprůhledných výplní (2) do nosného profilu (6), při splnění fyzikálních požadavků mezi studenou zónou (5) a teplou zónou (4) pláště.
