Z patentu RU 2236045 je znám reklamní panel tvořený deskovou či tabulovou konstrukcí připevněnou ke sloupu, který je ve spodní části zabudován v základovém fundamentu. Desková či tabulová konstrukce je opatřena krytem a pomocí nosné konzoly je pevně připevněna ke sloupu, a to prostřednictvím nosných prstenců. Z popisu montáže panelu typu ŠČR15 vyplývá, že velikost jeho reklamní plochy činí 3 * 6 m, výška sloupu je minimálně 9 m (viz např. popis na internetové stránce httn://www.bigboard.ru/ru/catalogue/mg_constr/info, zveřejněné dne 16. 12. 2005).
