Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y a un dispositivo para la separación de mezclas de partículas en una primera fracción y en una segunda fracción, en donde la conductividad eléctrica de las partículas de la primera fracción es mayor que la conductividad eléctrica de la segunda fracción. Tiene por objeto indicar un método con cuya ayuda se puede separar rentablemente una mezcla de partículas finas, en especial chatarra eléctrica de módulos fotovoltaicos o baterías de iones litio. Se soluciona el objeto al: a)proveer una mezcla fluidizada de partículas que contiene dos fracciones de partículas con diferentes conductividades eléctricas; b) ionizar aire para que tenga la misma polaridad, por medio de al menos un electrodo de corona rodeado por aire a ser ionizado; c) mezclar el aire ionizado con la mezcla fluidizada de partículas de manera de obtener una mezcla fluidizada de partículas ionizada de manera de tener la misma polaridad; d) precipitar las partículas de la segunda fracción desde la mezcla fluidizada de partículas, ionizada, sobre un electrodo de recolección que se mueve con respecto a la mezcla fluidizada de partículas, ionizada, y que está conectada a tierra, o que tiene una carga opuesta a la del electrodo de corona; e) remover las partículas que se adhieren al electrodo de recolección como una segunda fracción; f) obtener la primera fracción de partículas a partir de las partículas de la mezcla de partículas fluidizada ionizada, que no se adhieren al electrodo de recolección.
