Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos derivados de indazolilo, tales como: 3-(5-{[(1R,2S)-2-[(2,2-difluoropropanoil)amino]-1-(2,3-dihidro-1,4-benzodioxin-6-il)propil]oxi}-1H-indazol-1-il)-N-[(3R)-1,1-dioxidotetrahidrotiofen-3-il]benzamida; 3-(5--{[(1R,2S)-2-[(2,2-difluoropropanoil)amino]-1-(2,3-dihidro-1,4-benzodioxin-6-il)propil]oxi}-1H-indazol-1-il)-N-[(3R)-tetrahidrofuran-3-il]benzamida; y 3-(5-{[(1R,2S)-1-)4H-1,3-benzodioxin-7-il)-2-[(2,2-difluoropropanoil)amino]propil}oxi)-1H-indazol-1-il]-N-(piridin-3-ilmetil)benzamida, así como sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, tal que son sales de adición de ácido o sales de adición de base.The present invention relates to new derivatives of indazolyl, such as: 3- (5 - {[(1R, 2S) -2 - [(2,2-difluoropropanoyl) amino] -1- (2,3-dihydro-1 , 4-benzodioxin-6-yl) propyl] oxy} -1H-indazol-1-yl) -N - [(3R) -1,1-dioxidotetrahydrothiophene-3-yl] benzamide; 3- (5 - {[(1R, 2S) -2 - [(2,2-difluoropropanoyl) amino] -1- (2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxin-6-yl) propyl] oxy} -1H-indazol-1-yl) -N - [(3R) -tetrahydrofuran-3-yl] benzamide; and 3- (5 - {[(1R, 2S) -1-) 4H-1,3-benzodioxin-7-yl) -2 - [(2,2-difluoropropanoyl) amino] propyl} oxy) -1H-indazole -1-yl] -N- (pyridin-3-ylmethyl) benzamide, as well as its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, such as acid addition salts or base addition salts.
