Abstract
<p>La presente invención se relaciona con Ia rama de Ia Mecánica y específicamente con lo relacionado con los Cojinetes Axiales Planos con disco giratorio tipo rodete de motores eléctricos acoplados a bombas verticales sumergibles.<br /> El objeto de Ia invención está encaminado a aumentar el rendimiento de los motores eléctricos sumergibles acoplados a las bombas verticales, el cual es mayor al alcanzado en invenciones anteriores, lográndose a partir de cambios realizados en el disco giratorio tipo rodete y en el cojinete inferior, lo que unido a Ia inclusión del aro de retención del líquido hace aparecer un espesor de película mayor, lográndose una mejor eficiencia del equipo en su conjunto y prolongando su vida útil.<br /> Esto se logra, mediante Ia utilización de una lámina de vidrio ya no como patines sino en forma de disco, es decir, un disco de apoyo de vidrio enterizo y no sesionado, sujeto a una cámara circular enteriza y plana de caucho donde se encuentra alojado el mismo de forma estacionaria, con paredes verticales en los bordes de este círculo que hacen su fijación; así como Ia particularidad en Ia entrada de agua al cojinete o disco giratorio a través de orificios en Ia periferia de estos en dirección al sentido de giro del equipo, lo que unido a Ia presencia del aro de retención, hacen que se logre un mayor espesor de película de agua, que favorece Ia lubricación de los cojinetes al momento del arranque y estabilización del movimiento axial; quedando una parte de este líquido retenido entre el disco giratorio y el disco de vidrio, formando así esta película hidrodinámica que provoca una expansión o movimiento axial hacia arriba. Conllevando todo esto a que se obtengan parámetros de consumo eléctrico mucho mejores; además de Ia presencia de materiales anticorrosivos ante el líquido lubricante que hacen favorecer Ia vida útil del equipo.</p><p> The present invention is related to the branch of Mechanics and specifically to what is related to Flat Axial Bearings with rotating impeller-type disk of electric motors coupled to vertical submersible pumps. <br /> The object of the invention is aimed at increase the performance of submersible electric motors coupled to vertical pumps, which is higher than that achieved in previous inventions, achieved from changes made in the impeller-type rotating disk and in the lower bearing, which together with the inclusion of the ring retention of the liquid causes a greater film thickness to appear, achieving a better efficiency of the equipment as a whole and prolonging its useful life. <br /> This is achieved by using a glass sheet, not as skids but in the form disk, that is, a one-piece, non-sesioned glass support disk, subject to a solid, flat circular rubber chamber where it is housed stationary shape, with vertical walls on the edges of this circle that make its fixation; as well as the particularity in the entrance of water to the bearing or rotating disk through holes in the periphery of these in the direction of the direction of rotation of the equipment, which together with the presence of the retaining ring, make a greater thickness is achieved of water film, which favors the lubrication of the bearings at the moment of start-up and stabilization of the axial movement; a part of this liquid being retained between the rotating disk and the glass disk, thus forming this hydrodynamic film that causes an upward axial expansion or movement. All of this leading to much better electrical consumption parameters; in addition to the presence of anticorrosive materials in the face of the lubricating liquid that favor the useful life of the equipment. </p>
