Abstract

Con un canal de ceniza en el quemador o en el nicho del quemador se debe proteger la ceniza que cae, la cual se produce durante la gasificación de los combustibles que contienen ceniza dentro de un carburador. También debe proteger con segutidad las salidas del quemador y/o el nicho del quemador que no se tapen con ceniza. Esto se obtiene, porque el canal de ceniza (8) se forma por muchas curvas tubulares (9) que son recorridas por un medio de enfriamiento, y crean las superficies protegidas del canal en la posición de montaje en la parte interna del carburador, hacia la inclinación de la pared del carburador (1), del quemador (2) y/o nicho del quemador (7) en dirección de gravedad en la parte superior de la superficie del canal protegido, los cuales crean en general un ángulo (alfa) filoso hacia la pared del quemador (1).
