Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con metodos para preparar 3-cianoquinolinas sustituidas e intermedios obtenidos por los metodos de la presente invencion. Los metodos de la invencion comprenden hacer reaccionar un N-aril-2-propanimida con cloruro de fosforilo para producir las 3-cianoquinolinas sustituidas. Los metodos comprenden hacer reaccionar adicionalmente las arilaminas, ortoformatos y metilenos activos para producir los N-aril-2-propenamida.
