Abstract
Se provee una composicion que comprende:a) al menos un complejo de agente de encapsulacion molecular de ciclopropeno, y b) al menos una sal diferente de cloruro de calcio, en donde la relacion de peso seco de dicha sal a peso seco de dicho complejo de agente de encapsulacion molecular de ciclopropeno es de 0.03 a 500, y en donde dicha composicion i) tiene 30% o menos de agua en peso, con base en el peso de dicha composicion, y tiene al menos una de dicha sal que no es delicuescente, o ii) tiene mas de 30% de agua en peso, con pase en el peso de dicha composicion, y tiene una relacion de peso seco de dicha sal a pero de dicha agua de 0.005 o mayor. Tambien se proveen metodos de almacenamiento y uso de tales composiciones.
