Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un compuesto de formula 1 en la que R1- R4 son como se definen en esta memoria. Such new pyrimidine derivatives are useful in the treatment of anomalous cell growth, such as cancer, in mammals. This invention also relates to a method for using said compounds in the treatment of anomalous cell growth in mammals, especially humans, and to pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds.
