Abstract

Se describe un aparato tapador y dosificador de nitrogeno para envase, el aparato incluye una maquina tapadora rotatoria configurada para recibir en serie envases llenados y aplicar cierres para los envases respectivos. El aparato presente incluye un sistema de dosificacion para inyectar un gas inerte, normalmente nitrogeno en forma liquida, en el espacio libre de cada envase para mejorar la frescura y sabor del contenido del envase. Es importante senalar que el sistema de dosificacion esta configurado para efectuar la inyeccion de nitrogeno cerca de o en el denominado punto de transferencia de la maquina tapadora, abatiendo de este modo, lo cual es deseable, la disipacion de nitrogeno y mejorando la dosificacion consistente y eficiente del producto.
