Abstract
Planta Modular Integrada, Multifuncional para Separar Solidos, aceites e hidrocarburos y tratar las aguas residuales industriales petroleras. Como su nombre del invento lo expresa todo, en su novedad es integral y multifuncional porque esta planta es apta para tratar dos tipos de agua como son las aguas residuales industriales, en especial las del sector petrolero como son aguas de produccion, aguas perimetrales canalizadas de locaciones y plataformas entre otras, también sirve para tratar y potabilizar agua para consumo humano en cualquier region. En su novedad es multifuncional porque contiene sistemas integrados de separacion de solidos, lodos grumosos mediante conjuntos de mallas en micrones o zarandas (10),(11),(12),(13),(14) vibratorias generadas por un motor eléctrico vibrador(15).En su novedad contiene 6 divisiones o tanques dotados cada uno con sus respectivos sistemas integrados de separacion de los solidos y los aceites e hidrocarburos y filtros novedosos para el tratamiento eficaz y contundente ya que el agua obtendra finalmente las caracteristicas y parametros técnicos que exigen las normas constitucionales ambientales en cualquier pais.En su novedad contiene cuatro opciones o sistemas novedosos diferentes para separar los aceites e hidrocarburos del agua residual industrial como son: mediante mecanismo de rastrillo (27) con aspas impulsado o movido por un motor eléctrico (27A), mediante un panal tela oleofilica (30), mediante un sistema de tolva (conica) o embudo (35) con tela absorbente, mediante sistema de una hélice giratoria (94) un poco parecida a la forma de un ventilador los cuales en el momento de fabricacion de la planta podemos decidir para instalar dos de los cuatro o intercambiar entre estos. ...Integrated, Multifunctional Modular Plant to Separate Solids, oils and hydrocarbons and treat industrial industrial wastewater.
