Abstract
Un método para comunicación que utiliza una pluralidad de segmentos de tiempo dentro de un espectro de frecuencia, el método consiste en los siguientes pasos: establecer un canal de tráfico de salto de frecuencia entre una primera y una segunda unidad de comunicación, el canal de tráfico de salto de frecuencia tiene un conjunto de la pluralidad de segmentos de tiempo y un conjunto de frecuencias portadoras de salto asociado con el mismo; y establecer un canal de tráfico estacionario entre la primera y la segunda unidad de comunicación, el canal de tráfico de comunicación estacionaria tiene una localización dentro del espectro de frecuencia asociada con el mismo. 1Un aparato para comunicaciones que utiliza una pluralidad de segmentos de tiempo dentro de un espectro de frecuencia; el aparato comprende: una primera unidad de comunicaciones acoplada a una segunda unidad de comunicaciones; en donde la primera unidad de comunicaciones es configurada para: establecer un canal de tráfico de salto de frecuencia entre la primera y la segunda unidad de comunicaciones; el canal de tráfico de salto de frecuencia tiene un conjunto de la pluralidad de segmentos de tiempo asociado con el mismo; establecer un canal de tráfico estacionario entre la primera y la segunda unidad de comunicaciones: el canal de tráfico de comunicación estacionaria tiene una localización dentro del espectro de frecuencia asociada con el mismo. <EMI FILE="00033539_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG > SOLICITUDES DE PATENTES DE MODELO DE UTILIDADORDENADAS PUBLICAR EN MAYO DE 2003 IMPORTANTE:SOLICITUDES DE PATENTE DE MODELO DE UTILIDAD: A partir de la fecha de publicación de esta gaceta el solicitante cuenta con un plazo de tres (3) meses para pedir que se practique el examen de patentabilidad de la solicitud, anexando el recibo de pago de la tasa correspondiente a tal fin. De no procederse así la solicitud caerá en abandono (Arts. 85 y 44 de la Decisión 486).
