Abstract
Un dispositivo de encendido con un puente semiconductor quetiene protección contra el funcionamiento en condiciones de tensión inferior a una tensión umbral preseleccionada, caracterizado dicho dispositivo por un circuito eléctrico que comprende: (a) un substrato hecho de un material no conductor; (b) una capa de polisilicio colocada por encima del substrato, dimensionada y configurada con un primer y un segundo atenuador fijo que tienen una separación en el medio, unida por un puente iniciador que conecta el primer atenuador fijo y el segundo, donde dicho puente tiene dimensiones y la configuración necesarias para que pase por el mismo una corriente eléctrica de características definidas que transmita energía a través del puente. (c) una primera y una segunda zonas terminales metalizadas dispuestas en contacto eléctrico conductor, con los respectivos primer y segundo atenuadores fijos, para definir una derivación para el encendido del circuito eléctrico comprendido por la primera y la segunda zonas terminales metalizadas, el primer y segundo atenuadores son fijos y el puente; (d) es un material dieléctrico que tiene una tensión de rotura equivalente a la tensión umbral está intercalado en serie de una derivación para el encendido del circuito eléctrico, donde el circuito puede cerrarse solamente si se aplica una tensión que sea, como mínimo, equivalente a la tensión umbral.
