Abstract
La presente invención se desarrolla en el campo de la industria. Particularmente, la presente invención se relaciona con un novedoso procedimiento que permite el tratamiento eficiente de aguas potables y/o residuales industriales mediante la eliminación de aquellos compuestos orgánicos que están disueltos en estas aguas los cuales son de naturaleza recalcitrante, de difícil degradación, o son bio-acumulables, y pueden causar problemas ambientales o de salud en las poblaciones expuestas a dichos compuestos. El procedimiento aquí revelado comprende etapas y condiciones específicas tendientes a lograr una remoción efectiva de compuestos emergentes mediante la inclusión de dos etapas de ozonización con microburbujas, lo cual no era posible con los procedimientos convencioonales. El procedimiento de la presente invención incluye etapas sencillas que lo hacen un procedimiento versátil y eficiente con respecto a los procesos convencionales que no son eficientes en la remoción de compuestos emergentes.The present invention is developed in the field of industry. Particularly, the present invention relates to a novel process that allows the efficient treatment of drinking water and / or industrial waste by eliminating those organic compounds that are dissolved in these waters which are recalcitrant in nature, difficult to degrade, or are bio-accumulable, and can cause environmental or health problems in populations exposed to such compounds. The process disclosed herein comprises specific stages and conditions tending to achieve an effective removal of emerging compounds by including two stages of ozonation with microbubbles, which was not possible with conventional procedures. The process of the present invention includes simple steps that make it a versatile and efficient procedure with respect to conventional processes that are not efficient in the removal of emerging compounds.
