Abstract

一种除锈磷化液,能实现酸洗磷化一步法工艺。它是由磷酸、酒石酸、油酸酰胺丙烯二甲胺、磷酸三钠、聚氧乙烯辛烷基酚醚、邻二甲苯硫脲和水配制而成,另外还配有添加剂--咪唑啉衍生物,从而达到消除“三废”污染、提高金属表面的涂装质量和降低成本的目的。

Description

一种除锈磷化液
本发明属于一种金属表面处理液,能使酸洗磷化一步进行,适用于钢铁构件的表面处理。
在本发明作出前,除锈磷化液在已有技术例如日本特许公报昭57-40220(1982)中已经出现过。该已有技术介绍的除锈防锈的处理液是在无机酸或有机酸水溶液中加入内铵盐,甘氨酸或季胺盐的表面活性剂与含氧酸盐氧化剂配制而成的。其中,所说的酸是采用磷酸、硫酸、盐酸、柠檬酸、乙二醇酸和醋酸等;所说的表面活性剂是采用月桂内铵盐、硬脂内铵盐等;含氧酸盐氧化剂是采用过氧化氢或氯酸钠等。这种处理液虽然能够使除锈防锈同时进行,但各种表面活性剂用量较大,成本高,而且有毒性。
本发明正是针对上述这些不足之处作了改进,消除了除锈酸洗的“三废”污染,提高了金属表面的涂装质量,并降低了成本。
为了适应各种钢铁构件的除锈磷化处理,本发明分为刷涂型和浸涂型两种。刷涂型除锈磷化液适用于不能下槽处理的比较大型的钢铁构件的表面除锈磷化处理。浸涂型除锈磷化液适用于能在槽内进行除锈磷化处理的各种钢铁构件。
本发明-除锈磷化液是由磷酸、酒石酸、油酸酰胺丙烯二甲胺、磷酸三钠、聚氧乙烯辛烷基酚醚、邻二甲苯硫脲和水配制而成的。其要点是把咪唑啉衍生物作为该除锈磷化液的添加剂;其次是该产品的配方与其它同类产品的配方不同,从而显示出无“三废”污染和成本低的优点。本发明的重量百分比为:磷酸可在10~70之间,酒石酸可在0.5~5之间,油酸酰胺丙烯二甲胺可在0.05~3之间,磷酸三钠可在0.5~5之间,聚氧乙烯辛烷基酚醚可在0.05~3之间,邻二甲苯硫脲可在0.05~3之间,咪唑啉衍生物可在0.05~3之间,水余量。
本发明的优点为,简化了酸洗工序,摆脱了繁重的除锈劳动,实现了酸洗磷化一步法。该除锈磷化液不燃不爆,无刺激性气味,无锌、铬、锰等有害离子,不污染环境,也无废液排放,而且不影响金属材料性能,磷化膜对油漆层无破坏作用,具有良好的防锈效果。
用16MnR钢为基体,制成标准试样,经除锈磷化液处理后对试样进行有项目测试,具体数据如下:
从以上测量的数据可以看出,16MnR钢板磷化处理前后,金属的机械强度、力学性能基本上保持不变,虽有个别数据稍有高低,但仍属测定误差范围之内,这是允许的。因此,可以认为用两种(刷涂型和浸涂型)除锈磷化液处理16MnR钢板进行除锈磷化后,对钢板无明显不利影响。
三、用扫描电镜对样品截面拍照观察未发现基体有腐蚀裂缝或氢脆裂缝。
四、用显微镜观察磷化膜表面,可以看到磷化膜有松孔、裂纹,提高了表面积,从而有利于增加与油漆的结合力。
用该磷化液处理后的磷化膜厚度一般在6~14微米范围内。
按轻工业部发布的用硫酸铜溶液浸渍点滴试验来判断磷化膜的耐蚀性防锈效果,用测试液滴一滴在涂层表面,由试液的天蓝色变成土红色为终点,记录其所需的时间(分钟)即为磷化膜的防锈能力,一般以一分钟为合格,三分钟以上为良好,用本发明除锈磷化液(刷涂型和浸涂型)得到的磷化膜均可大于三分钟。
磷化膜具有短期防锈性能,室内1~2个月,室外5~10天。

Claims (2)

1、一种除锈磷化液,其特征在于含有磷酸、酒石酸、酒酸酰胺丙烯二甲胺、磷酸三钠、聚氧乙烯辛烷基酚醚、邻二甲苯硫脲、咪唑啉衍生物。
2、按照权利要求1所述的除锈磷化液,其特征在于其重量百分比为磷酸10~70,酒石酸0.5~5,油酸酰胺丙烯二甲胺0.05~3,磷酸三钠0.5~5,聚氧乙烯辛烷基酚醚0.05~3,邻二甲苯硫脲0.05~3,咪唑啉衍生物0.05~3。
