本实用新型涉及一种铝塑板装饰面复合保温板，它由铝塑板表层、胶粘剂层、网格布层、胶粘剂层、高分子乳液界面层、膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫板(简称EPS)保温层或聚苯乙烯挤塑板(简称XPS)保温层和底部高分子乳液界面层依次迭加，复合成一体，可制成各种尺寸和形状，并通过插装在侧面槽孔内的侧面隐形压片和粘结剂紧固在墙体上；表面装饰层是覆盖带有各种色彩图案和绘画塗层的铝塑板，美观大方、坚硬抗冲击、耐风沙及酸碱侵蚀、便于冲刷清洗。本实用新型兼有保温和装饰双重功能，比天然石料板材的强度及耐侵蚀能力更大，比重更小，售价及施工成本更低廉。
Description
技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种建筑物墙面装饰板材，特别是一种铝塑板装饰面复合保温板。
背景技术 当前，对我国的建筑节能要惯彻胡锦涛总书记视察上海时的重要指示和国务院办公厅《关于开展资源节约活动的通知》，以循环经济理论，全面推进能源、原材料、水、土地等资源节约和综合利用工作。随着我国经济的飞速发展和人们生活水平的迅猛增长。对生产、经营、居住的新建筑物装饰的要求越来越高，日新月异；对其旧建筑物内外墙面进行装修，别称“穿衣戴帽”、旧貌换新颜，“人靠衣装、马靠鞍”、墙面装饰犹如新衣，为旧建筑物焕然一新；故装饰施工量日益倍增。目前流行的瓷面砖、大理石等天然石料板材、玻璃幕墙、铝塑幕墙板等外墙装饰材料，在改变传统水泥砂浆墙面一统天下局面、广泛被采用的同时，也还存在增加外墙负重、施工难度和建筑造价并伴随极易脆裂，不便搬运、仓储和施工的问题，且不具备良好的隔热保温性能。在当今世界能源紧缺的时代，要求建筑物墙体除具备必要的承载力、防潮、防火、隔音性能外，还应有良好的隔热保温性能，有助于冬季取暖、夏季降温的节能降耗，因而建筑物墙面保温板材，特别是保温和装饰两种功能兼备的建筑墙体材料，更是建筑界追求的目标。现在的保温墙面是采用现场粘贴并机械固定保温板，然后用粘结剂将玻璃纤维网格粘贴保温板上，再涂抹水泥砂浆和涂料，然后施工装饰面料。如此多层现场施工，作业程序繁琐，且现场作业受天气环境影响大，使得工程施工周期难以控制，工程质量很难确保。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种由铝塑板表面装饰层和保温层粘合成一体、兼有保温和装饰双重功能的铝塑板装饰面复合保温板。
本实用新型是通过下列技术方案实现的：一种铝塑板装饰面复合保温板，它由带覆盖塗层的铝塑板表层、胶粘剂层、网格布层、粘粘剂层、高分子乳液界面层、膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫板(简称EPS)保温层或聚苯乙烯挤塑板(简称XPS)保温层和底部高分子乳液界面层依次迭加，复合成一体，并依靠侧面隐形压片和粘结剂紧固在墙体上；所述的膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫板(简称EPS)保温层或聚苯乙烯挤塑板(简称XPS)保温层包括平面型、弧面型和异型层板，其厚度为10-300毫米；在保温层的侧面按工艺要求，间隔地设有安装侧面隐形压片的隐形槽孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1.铝塑板装饰面复合保温板是由铝塑板表面层和保温层粘合成一体的，兼有美观的装饰性能和良好的隔热保温功能。
2.铝塑板是由正面和背面进行涂装后的铝板与塑料芯材复合而成的，作为表面装饰层的铝塑板表面，可根据业主和设计师的要求来设计带有各种色彩图案和绘画的塗层，美观大方、坚硬抗冲击、耐风沙及酸碱侵蚀、不易风化退色、便于冲刷清洗。
3.复合保温板不易碎裂，便于搬运、仓储和施工，并可根据建筑物墙面装饰要求制成各种尺寸和形式的平面板、弧面板、圆柱面板或异型面板。
4.本实用新型的总体强度及耐侵蚀能力比采割的天然花岗岩、大理石等石料板材更大、石料的厚度更薄，其单位面积的比重更小，故可减轻建筑结构的负荷。
5.本实用新型可在现场安装粘贴，不需要现场进行涂抹和安装，现场作业程序简便，速度快捷，便于确保工程施工周期和工程质量；单位面积的售价及施工方便成本更低廉。

具体实施方式 实施例如附图所示：一种铝塑板装饰面复合保温板，它由铝塑板表层(1)、胶粘剂层(2)、网格布层(3)、粘粘剂层(4)、高分子乳液界面层(5)、膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫板(简称EPS)保温层或聚苯乙烯挤塑板(简称XPS)保温层(6)和底部高分子乳液界面层(7)依次迭加，复合成一体；表层(1)是覆盖带有各种色彩图案和绘画塗层的铝塑板。所述的膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫板(简称EPS)保温层或聚苯乙烯挤塑板(简称XPS)保温层(6)包括平面型、弧面型和异型层板，其厚度为10-300毫米。在保温层(6)的侧面按工艺要求，间隔地设有安装侧面隐形压片(12)的隐形槽孔(10)；施工时，通过穿入侧面隐形压片(12)的安装孔的锚钉(11)及粘结剂(8)，把侧面隐形压片(12)及复合保温板紧固在压入墙体(9)中的锚栓(13)内和墙体(9)上；最后在已安装的保温板之间的沟缝中填充保温材料和防水胶。
Claims (4)
1、一种铝塑板装饰面复合保温板，包括表层和保温层，其特征在于：它是由铝塑板表层(1)、胶粘剂层(2)、网格布层(3)、粘粘剂层(4)、高分子乳液界面层(5)、膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫板(简称EPS)保温层或聚苯乙烯挤塑板(简称XPS)保温层(6)和底部高分子乳液界面层(7)依次迭加，复合成一体，并依靠侧面隐形压片(12)和粘结剂(8)紧固在墙体(9)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铝塑板装饰面复合保温板，其特征在于：所述的铝塑板表层(1)覆盖有塗层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的铝塑板装饰面复合保温板，其特征在于：所述的膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫板(简称EPS)保温层或聚苯乙烯挤塑板(简称XPS)保温层(6)包括平面型、弧面型和异型层板，其厚度为10-300毫米。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的铝塑板装饰面复合保温板，其特征在于：在保温层(6)的侧面按工艺要求，间隔地设有安装侧面隐形压片(12)的隐形槽孔(10)。
