Abstract

一种图片的插接圈框，涉及一种图片展示用具。它悬挂方便，平展，不易脱落并易于更换，造型美观并重量较轻。包括圈框，插口半框，插片半框，挂环，凹凸锁定装置和膜片；圈框为两侧对称的框形片；在圈框的一侧设有起于框形上部中点、止于框形下部中点的插口框，圈框与插口框内的一面侧壁连成一体，构成带有插口的插口半框；圈框的另一侧为插片半框；在圈框上部的中点处设有挂环；在圈框下部的中点处设有凹凸锁定装置；在圈框朝向插口半框插口的一面上设有框状阶；膜片嵌入框状阶，与圈框的框状阶固定并在与圈框形成同一平面。它可以夹载图片后悬挂在“悬浮式展示架”的悬杆上，也可以悬挂在其它悬挂装置上予以展示。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种图片展示用具。特别是一种图片的插接圈框。
背景技术：
为使产品的性能，款式或特点展示于社会和广大公众，出现了各种各样的展示架，特别是专利号为03257923.3，发明名称为“悬浮式展示架”的展示用具，将传统的图片或模型的静态展示开拓为动态展示。
它包括多个悬杆及挂线，各悬杆之间以挂线连接；在悬杆上依次设有悬点、支点、挂点；各悬杆之间均由上一个悬杆的悬点与下一个悬杆的支点以挂线悬挂相连，各悬杆的挂点上悬挂展示物，依次连接成为悬浮型结构；
该“悬浮式展示架”的多个悬杆及挂线的连接，构成立体空间结构，在悬杆的挂点上悬挂展示物，如图片、模型等宣传品；各展示物及悬杆可在360范围内自由转动，悬浮式立体空间结构呈现动态悬浮状态，挂点上的展示物随之飘摇浮动，非常引人注目，使得展示效果更加醒目。
对于在“悬浮式展示架”的“悬杆”的挂点上悬挂的图片或宣传品，不仅要能够与悬杆进行连接，还要求具有牢固、质轻、平展，更换方便的特点。
发明内容：
本实用新型旨在提供一种图片的插接圈框。它可以悬挂在“悬浮式展示架”的“悬杆”上，也可以悬挂在其它悬挂装置上，悬挂方便，平展，不易脱落并易于更换，造型美观并重量较轻。
本实用新型包括圈框，插口半框，插片半框，挂环，凹凸锁定装置和膜片，如图1所示；
圈框为两侧对称的框形片；在圈框的一侧设有起于框形上部中点、止于框形下部中点的插口框，插口框的横截面为插口形，其插口内壁与圈框一侧的外缘吻合，圈框与插口框内的一面侧壁连成一体，构成带有插口的插口半框，其横截面为如图2所示；圈框的另一侧为插片半框；插口半框的插口宽度为插片半框厚度与欲夹载的图片厚度的和，如图3所示；
在圈框上部的中点处设有挂环；在挂环处的插口半框设有挂环插口，如图4所示；
在圈框下部的中点处设有凹凸锁定装置；该凹凸锁定装置为相邻的同样的形状和大小的凹槽和突起，在凹凸锁定装置的插口半框处设有锁定装置插口，如图5所示；
在圈框朝向插口半框插口的一面上设有框状阶；膜片嵌入框状阶，与圈框的框状阶固定并在与圈框形成同一平面。
本实用新型还可以用于任何可以悬挂的装置上。
由于本实用新型的插口半框的插口宽度为插片半框厚度与欲夹载的图片厚度的和，因此，将任何两个本实用新型分别以一正一反的两个状态，从左右两个方向进行插接时，一个本实用新型的插片半框可以夹载图片插入另一个本实用新型的插口半框的插口中，需要展示的图片夹载在两个本实用新型的膜片之间；同时，两个进行插接本实用新型的挂环，分别以挂环的一半插入另一个的挂环插口后重合，如图6，7，8所示；
由于进行插接的两个本实用新型分别处于一正一反的状态，因此，一正一反的两个凹凸锁定装置，处于相对状态，当通过锁定装置插口将两个本实用新型的凹凸锁定装置插接后，一个本实用新型的凹槽中嵌入另一个本实用新型的突起，一个本实用新型的凸起嵌入到另一个本实用新型的凹槽中，分别以凹槽与凸起的对正契合将插接的两个本实用新型锁紧固定，在没有足够的外力或工具的情况下，两个本实用新型即可将图片固定。
插接后的两个本实用新型以膜片夹放的图片或直接绘有图案的膜片实现展示功能，
夹载图片的本实用新型，可以以顶端的挂环挂在“悬浮式展示架”的“悬杆”上，随风力转动，增加广告效应。
夹载图片的本实用新型，也可以以挂环直接挂在需要展示的位置时，可以使用挂勾，立柱等悬挂装置，起到展示效果。
当需要更换展示图片时，只需将左右两个本实用新型分别用外力向左右拉开，使凹凸锁定装置解锁，更换图片后，进行重新接插，方便简捷。
由于本实用新型采用了圈框，插口半框，插片半框，挂环，凹凸锁定装置和膜片的结构，避免了因实体的展示板过重带来的弊病，可以减轻整体的重量，不仅可以因对悬挂用的挂钩的强度降低要求，从而降低成本，而且，可以使得悬挂在悬杆上的展示牌更加浮动飘摇。
综上所述，本实用新型是一种图片的插接圈框。它可以悬挂在“悬浮式展示架”的“悬杆”上，也可以悬挂在其它悬挂装置上，悬挂方便，图片平展，不易脱落并易于更换，造型美观并重量较轻。

具体实施方式：
采用工程塑料模压定型制作本实用新型，使圈框1为圆环形的片，其内径为18.0CM，外径为22.0CM，并设有半径为19.0CM的环状阶10，环状阶10的阶深1.0CM。
膜片4厚1.0CM，将膜片4嵌入环状阶10并焊接固定。
插口半框5的外径为22.5CM，插口7宽为0.5CM；插片半框6的外径为22.0CM，厚度为0.3CM。
在圈框1的顶端设置钟形挂环2并设有挂环插口8，挂环2的钟形底长3.0CM，挂环插口8长1.5CM。
在圈框1底端朝向插口7的表面上设有凹凸锁定装置3。
将两个相同的本实用新型以一正一反的状态从左右两个方向进行对插，分别将每个的插片半框6，插入另一个的插口半框5的插口7中，在两个本实用新型的膜片4之间加设图片，图片厚度为0.2CM。
将两个相同的圆环形的本实用新型插接后，两个相同的本实用新型相互重叠形成圆环，图片夹载在两片膜片4之间，一个圈框1上的凹槽与另一个圈框1上的突起对正并嵌入锁定，一个圈框1上的突起与另一个圈框1上的凹槽对正契合并锁定。
以挂环2将插接好的两个本实用新型悬挂在“悬浮式展示架”的“悬杆”上，即可以达到悬挂方便，图片易于更换并不易脱落，造型美观并重量较轻的目的。

Claims (1)

1，一种图片的插接圈框，其特征在于它包括圈框，插口半框，插片半框，挂环，凹凸锁定装置和膜片；
圈框为两侧对称的框形片；在圈框的一侧设有起于框形上部中点、止于框形下部中点的插口框，插口框的横截面为插口形，其插口内壁与圈框一侧的外缘吻合，圈框与插口框内的一面侧壁连成一体，构成带有插口的插口半框；圈框的另一侧为插片半框；插口半框的插口宽度为插片半框厚度与欲夹载的图片厚度的和；在圈框上部的中点处设有挂环；在挂环处的插口半框设有挂环插口；在圈框下部的中点处设有凹凸锁定装置；该凹凸锁定装置为相邻的同样的形状和大小的凹槽和凸起，在凹凸锁定装置的插口半框处设有锁定装置插口；在圈框朝向插口半框插口的一面上设有框状阶；膜片嵌入框状阶，与圈框的框状阶固定并在与圈框形成同一平面。
