Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种灯串，特别是指用于装饰、广告和宣传等显示照明的一种LED灯串，由多个开口盒体、防水公插和尾塞构成，盒体之间通过底部的排线串接，在盒体内固定有线路板，线路板上设有LED灯，盒体的上部开口部设有透明保护层，在盒体侧壁设有安装固定的U形座，所述的排线设置在盒体内底部，其两端穿出盒体侧壁与分别其它的盒体串接，在排线上侧的盒体内壁设有线路板的固定座，线路板和固定座上设有螺孔分别与下端排线的单条线对应，线路板固定螺钉上部压紧在线路板螺孔边的电源连接点，螺钉的下端穿过排线的外表绝缘层与导线接触。本实用新型具有加工方便、安装简单、制造成本低等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯串，特别是指用于装饰、广告和宣传等显示照明的一种LED灯串。
背景技术
传统的灯箱一般采用灯管照明，其存在的不足是耗电量大、灯管的使用寿命短。随着电子技术的不断发展，出现了以发光二极管(LED)作为光源的新型照明灯具，目前市场上用于灯箱的LED灯串，普遍采用焊接的方法连接各LED灯，焊接时高温容易造成导线氧化而损坏，焊接后还需要进行防水和绝缘处理的难度高，造成LED灯串的加工费时、费力，制造成本较高，而且现场安装的工作量较大，不方便使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加工方便、安装简单、制造成本低的一种LED灯串。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种LED灯串，由多个开口盒体、防水公插和尾塞构成，盒体之间通过底部的排线串接，在盒体内固定有线路板，线路板上设有LED灯，盒体的上部开口部设有透明保护层，在盒体侧壁设有安装固定的U形座，所述的排线设置在盒体内底部，其两端穿出盒体侧壁与分别其它的盒体串接，在排线上侧的盒体内壁设有线路板的固定座，线路板和固定座上设有螺孔分别与下端排线的单条线对应，线路板固定螺钉上部压紧在线路板螺孔边的电源连接点，螺钉的下端穿过排线的外表绝缘层与导线接触；所述的LED灯的脚座直接焊接在线路板上。
所述的盒体底部外表设有双面胶贴。
所述的透明保护层为透明环氧树脂。
所述的固定螺钉为自攻螺钉。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，在线路板与排线连接时不再需要焊接，只需要将线路板的固定螺钉旋紧，通过螺钉电路联通线路板与排线，组合加工更加方便，可大大的提高组合加工效率，降低生产成本。
本实用新型适用于：酒巴等娱乐场合的气氛宣染、室内暗槽照明、建筑外墙或轮廓的装饰和树景装饰等。

具体实施方式如图1-7中所示，一种LED灯串，由三个开口盒体1、防水公插2和尾塞3构成，盒体1之间通过底部的绝缘排线4串接，在盒体1内固定有线路板5，线路板5上设有LED灯6，盒体1的上部开口部设有透明环氧树脂保护层7，在盒体1侧壁设有安装固定的U形座8，绝缘排线4设置在盒体1内底部，其两端穿出盒体1侧壁与分别其它的盒体1串接，在绝缘排线4上侧的盒体1内壁设有线路板5的固定座9，线路板5和固定座9上设有螺孔分别与下端绝缘排线4的单条线对应，线路板5固定自攻螺钉10上部压紧在线路板5螺孔边的电源连接点，自攻螺钉10的下端穿过绝缘排线4的外表绝缘层与导线接触；LED灯6的脚座61直接焊接在线路板5上；盒体1底部外表设有双面胶贴11，用于盒体1的安装定位；线路板5与绝缘排线4之间的通过固定线路板5的螺钉10电路连通，不需要焊接连接；最后在线路板5面上用透明环氧树脂封装填充。

1.一种LED灯串，由多个开口盒体(1)、防水公插(2)和尾塞(3)构成，盒体(1)之间通过底部的排线(4)串接，在盒体(1)内固定有线路板(5)，线路板(5)上设有LED灯(6)，盒体(1)的上部开口部设有透明保护层(7)，在盒体(1)侧壁设有安装固定的U形座(8)，其特征在于：所述的排线(4)设置在盒体(1)内底部，其两端穿出盒体(1)侧壁与分别其它的盒体(1)串接，在排线(4)上侧的盒体(1)内壁设有线路板(5)的固定座(9)，线路板(5)和固定座(9)上设有螺孔分别与下端排线(4)的单条线对应，线路板(5)固定螺钉(10)上部压紧在线路板(5)螺孔边的电源连接点，螺钉(10)的下端穿过排线(4)的外表绝缘层与导线接触；所述的LED灯(6)的脚座(61)与线路板固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯串，其特征在于：所述的盒体(1)底部外表设有双面胶贴(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯串，其特征在于：所述的透明保护层(7)为透明环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯串，其特征在于：所述的固定螺钉(10)为自攻螺钉。
