为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采取了如下技术方案：一个钢管，钢管底有圆形座，钢管内有一个可上下移动的钢柱，钢柱上设有一个平板。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型构造简单、制造容易，大夫需要给病人抬腿时，只要将腿放在平板上，然后根据需要调整高度就可以了，而不需要大夫双手抱着腿长时间抬起，既有利于所抬腿的稳定，又极大地减轻了大夫的工作，大夫操作起来方便容易。
