本实用新型属于医疗器械领域，特别涉及一种适合于儿童腰椎穿刺检查用的一次性腰椎穿刺针。
背景技术
腰椎穿刺取脑脊液检查是临床最常用的检查方法之一。目前的腰椎穿刺针，针尖钝，针体长，必须先局部注射麻药麻醉后再穿刺，即进针2次才能完成操作，增加了操作时间及创伤性，对不配合检查的小年龄组儿童更是增加了操作困难性。而且因制造成本高，一直重复使用，增加了感染机会。为了方便操作，部分医师应用一次性注射器代替腰椎穿刺针进行穿刺，仅一次进针，在注射麻药后，直接进入蛛网膜下腔留取脑脊液。但一次性注射器针尖很锐利，易造成穿刺损伤出血，干扰结果判断。另外因无针芯，不能及时调节脑脊液流出速度，若遇颅内高压或哭闹严重的患儿，可使脑脊液快速流出，引起患儿头痛不适，严重者造成脑疝，危及患儿生命。而且用注射针不符合操作常规，因此2种操作器具均不理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上所存在的不足，而设计一种结构简单、使用方便、价格低廉的一种一次性腰椎穿刺针。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括有针头和针体，在针体的尾部设有针体帽，针体帽通过设在针体侧壁上的连接条与针体连为一体。
本实用新型由于在针体尾部设有了与针体连为一体的针体帽，故使用操作时避免了操作中的许多不便之处，使在穿刺中进针2次改为1次即可完成，减轻了患者在检查中的痛苦，其结构简单，使用方便、快捷、安全可靠，成本低、减轻患者的经济负担，避免了由于重复使用因消毒不完全而导致的交叉感染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
本实用新型包括有针头1和针体2，在针体2的尾部设有针体帽4，针体帽4通过设在针体2侧壁上的连接条3与针体2连为一体。针体帽4为一端封闭的空心锥体，其外锥度与针体2的内锥度相同。针头1的针尖5的角度为30-50度。针体2和针体帽4均为医用透明材料制成。
使用本实用新型时，先将本实用新型与已抽取药品的一次性注射器连接，对患者逐层局部麻醉后拔下注射器，塞入针体帽4，然后进入蛛网膜下腔后，拔出针体帽4，见脑脊液滴出，留取标本，若脑脊液压力高，则不将针体帽4完全拔出而只拔出部分，以调节脑脊液流速，操作完成后，拔出穿刺针即可。
本实用新型其结构简单，使用方便快捷、成本低，减轻患者的痛苦及经济负担，避免了由于重复使用因消毒不完全而导致的交叉感染，值得推广使用。

1、一次性腰椎穿刺针，它包括有针头(1)和针体(2)，其特征在于：在针体(2)的尾部设有针体帽(4)，针体帽(4)通过设在针体(2)侧壁上的连接条(3)与针体(2)连为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一次性腰椎穿刺针，其特征在于：针体帽(4)为一端封闭的空心锥体，其外锥度与针体(2)的内锥度相同。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性腰椎穿刺针，其特征在于：所述的针头(1)的针尖(5)的角度为30-50度。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性腰椎穿刺针，其特征在于：所述的针体(2)和针体帽(4)均为医用透明材料制成。
5、根据权利要求3所述的一次性腰椎穿刺针，其特征在于：所述的针体(2)和针体帽(4)均为医用透明材料制成。
