一种屋顶纸盒盖,由内盖和外盖所组成,其所述的内盖是外螺纹的中空圆柱,圆柱的底部制有连接板,连接板与屋顶纸盒相连接,圆柱的口部有密封膜片,密封膜片制有拉手,在外盖内安装密封垫。本技术方案其内盖的外螺纹圆柱底部制有连接板,连接板与屋顶纸盒经特殊工艺相连(对着中空圆柱的纸盒有出水口),圆柱的口部有密封膜片,所以圆柱既是饮用水嘴,又是内盖,密封膜片有拉手,不开盖是拉手贴着膜片,饮用时将拉手掀起,手指捏紧拉手,将密封膜片完整拉脱,光滑的圆口可饮用,一次没有饮完,可盖上外盖,外盖内的密封垫对圆口密封,分次饮用。

本实用新型涉及屋顶型纸盒饮品(如牛奶)包装的盒盖,属于食品包装领域。
                      背景技术
在饮料(如牛奶、果汁等)包装中,选用材料和制造型式越来越多,屋顶纸盒就是其中之一。由于该包装的外型像屋顶(上部两面是斜坡,中间尖顶凸起),纸质遮光,因此大量应用于牛奶等饮料包装,但现有产品通常是撕开式或者吸管式,作为牛奶包装撕开式一旦打开后必须一次用完。吸管式有插口,采用插管饮用,因为插管一插后不能密封,也必须一次性用光。并且已有产品的保质期一般较短。因此,已有技术存在的缺点是一打开后,必须一次用完,不宜分次饮用,保质期短。
                      发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种开启后能重新密封,可分次饮用,并且保质期长的屋顶纸盒盖。
本实用新型屋顶纸盒盖的技术方案是:由内盖和外盖所组成,其特征在于所述的内盖是外螺纹的中空圆柱,圆柱的底部制有连接板,连接板与屋顶纸盒相连接,圆柱的口部安有密封膜片,密封膜片制有拉手,在外盖内安装密封垫。
本技术方案与已有技术(撕开式或者吸管式)相比,具有如下积极效果:1、其内盖的外螺纹圆柱底部制有连接板,连接板与屋顶纸盒经特殊工艺相连(对着中空圆柱的纸盒有出水口),圆柱的口部有密封膜片,所以圆柱既是饮用水咀,又是内盖;2、密封膜片有拉手,不开盖是拉手贴着膜片,饮用时将拉手掀起,手指捏紧拉手,将密封膜片完整拉脱,光滑的圆口可饮用;3、一次没有饮完,可盖上外盖,外盖内的密封垫对圆口密封,分次饮用。
本实用新型的屋顶纸盒盖,其所述的密封膜片和拉手是铝膜所制成,铝膜密封片粘在圆柱口部相密封。其拉手与密封膜片相折叠。相折叠后拉手贴在密封膜片上,有利于外盖盖上,使用时将拉手竖起撕掉整个膜片。在中空圆柱的内壁制有定位筋。并且中空圆柱内壁的定位筋是4条。

                    具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种屋顶纸盒盖,由内盖和外盖所组成,其主要的技术特征在于所述的内盖是外面有螺纹7的中空圆柱2,相似于通常的螺纹瓶口,圆柱2的底部制有连接板1,连接板可制成圆形,连接板1与屋顶纸盒8相连接,经过特殊工艺两者相连,圆柱2的口部有密封膜片3,密封膜片制有拉手4,密封膜片对圆口密封,拉手(耳朵)启盖用,在外盖5内安装密封垫6,当密封膜片撕掉后由外盖密封垫作为密封。其所述的密封膜片3和拉手4是铝膜所制成,特殊铝膜一体冲制成型,铝膜密封片3粘在圆柱口部相密封。其拉手4与密封膜片3相折叠,没有饮用时折叠相贴,如图3所示,饮用时拉起,如图2所示。采用本技术封盖,保质期长。为了有利于本内盖的连接板与屋顶纸盒的连接,在中空圆柱2的内壁制有定位筋9,如图1、图4和图5所示,并且中空圆柱2内壁的定位筋9是4条。

1、屋顶纸盒盖,由内盖和外盖所组成,其特征在于所述的内盖是外螺纹的中空圆柱(2),圆柱的底部制有连接板(1),连接板与屋顶纸盒相连接,圆柱(2)的口部安有密封膜片(3),密封膜片制有拉手(4),在外盖(5)内安装密封垫(6)。
2、如权利要求1所述的屋顶纸盒盖,其特征在于所述的密封膜片(3)和拉手(4)是铝膜所制成,铝膜密封片粘在圆柱口部相密封。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的屋顶纸盒盖,其特征在于拉手(4)与密封膜片(3)相折叠。
4、如权利要求1所述的屋顶纸盒盖,其特征在于中空圆柱(2)的内壁制有定位筋(9)。
5、如权利要求4所述的屋顶纸盒盖,其特征在于中空圆柱(2)内壁的定位筋(9)是4条。
