Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型吸奶器,为了克服现有的吸奶器在吸完奶水后,吸盘很难从乳房上拔出的不足;这种新型吸奶器,包括吸盘、奶瓶、导管及由弹性材料制成的泵扑球,泵扑球两端分别设有第一阀门、第二阀门,第一、二两个阀门都由切口组成,两阀门不工作时呈常闭状态,导管上设有释压阀。使用时,释压阀闭合,当吸完奶后,可背向释气阀弯曲导管、使作为释气阀的切口裂开,从而外界空气通过导管流入吸盘内,使吸奶器内部恢复为常压,这样就很容易从产妇的乳房上拔下吸盘,方便实用。

本实用新型涉及一种吸奶器。
背景技术
目前使用的吸奶器是这样构成的,包括吸盘、奶瓶、导管及由弹性材料制成的泵扑球,泵扑球两端设有阀门,两个阀门都为切口,两阀门不工作时呈常闭状态,泵扑球是由两半球组合而成,又两个阀门和泵扑球也不是一体形成,这样制造成本较高;使用时,把吸盘置于乳房上,然后用手来回挤压、放松泵扑球,不断抽走吸盘内的空气,使吸盘内真空度不断提高,从而使奶水吸出、而流入奶瓶中;当吸完奶水时,吸盘内的真空度很高,由于外界大气压的存在、这样要从乳房上拔出吸盘变得很困难,产妇会感到很痛苦。
发明内容
为了克服现有的吸奶器在吸完奶水后,吸盘很难从乳房上拔出的不足;为此本实用新型提供一种新型吸奶器,该新型吸奶器在吸完奶水后很容易从产妇乳房上拔出,不会给产妇带来痛苦。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种新型吸奶器,包括吸盘、奶瓶、导管及由弹性材料制成的泵扑球,泵扑球两端分别设有第一阀门、第二阀门,第一、二两个阀门都由切口组成,两阀门不工作时呈常闭状态,导管上设有释压阀。
泵扑球和第一、二阀门一体形成。
导管由弹性材料制成。
释压阀为导管上的切口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在导管上设置释压阀,此释压阀为导管上的一个切口,吸奶时使切口闭合,当吸完奶后,背向切口扭弯导管使切口张开,这时导管内即可流入空气,从而吸盘内没有真空度,吸盘也就很容易从乳房上拔下,产妇不会感到任何疼痛;又泵扑球和泵扑球两端的第一、二阀门一体形成,这样能减低故障、提高使用品质,且使得制造成本较低,产品竞争力较强。

具体实施方式
实施例:参见图1,一种新型吸奶器,包括吸盘1、奶瓶3、由弹性材料制成的导管2及由弹性材料制成的泵扑球4,泵扑球4两端分别设有第一阀门5、第二阀门6,第一、二两个阀门5、6都由切口组成,第一、二阀门5、6不工作时呈常闭状态,导管2上设有释压阀7;释压阀7为导管2上的切口;泵扑球4和第一、二阀门5、6一体形成。
本实用新型的使用过程为:把吸盘1紧贴乳房,使作为释压阀7的切口闭合,用手反复挤压、放松泵扑球4,当挤压泵扑球4时,第二阀门6变形开启、第一阀门5不受外力作用呈关闭状,把泵扑球4内的空气排出,当放松泵扑球4时,第二阀门6恢复原始关闭状态,由于泵扑球4为弹性体,泵扑球4要恢复原始状态、在这过程中,其内部空间逐渐增大,使得泵扑球4内内压变小、存在一定真空度,又第一阀门5外的导管2内气压为常压,这样第一阀门5被导管2内的内压冲开,从而使导管2内也存在一定真空度、直至和泵扑球4内真空度平衡,第一阀门5才又关闭;再挤压、放松泵扑球4,这样再而复始,即可把导管2、吸盘1和奶瓶3内空气抽出,使吸盘1内产生真空度,直至把奶水吸出;当吸完奶水后,吸盘1真空度很高,要从乳房上把吸盘1拔出变得很困难,这时可背向释气阀7弯曲导管2、使作为释气阀7的切口裂开,从而外界空气通过导管2流入吸盘1内,使吸奶器内部恢复为常压,这样就很容易从产妇的乳房上拔下吸盘1,方便实用,并且泵扑球4和第一、二阀门5、6一体形成,能减低故障、提高使用品质,同时降低了制造成本。
在本实用新型中,导管2上的释气阀7也可是一小孔,吸奶时用手指封闭小孔,吸完后开启小孔;当然释气阀7还有其他不同结构;都属本实用新型要求保护的范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种新型吸奶器,包括吸盘、奶瓶、导管及由弹性材料制成的泵扑球,泵扑球两端分别设有第一阀门、第二阀门,第一、二两个阀门都由切口组成,两阀门不工作时呈常闭状态,其特征是:导管上设有释压阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型吸奶器,其特征是:泵扑球和第一、二阀门一体形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型吸奶器,其特征是:导管由弹性材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的新型吸奶器,其特征是:释压阀为导管上的切口。
