Abstract
本实用新型公开一种血液过滤装置,其包括有壳体和组合膜芯。壳体由上盖和底座连接而成,上盖顶部设有血液入口和排气口,底座设有血液出口。组合膜芯采用医用硅橡胶圈密封设置于壳体内,其由若干滤膜层层堆叠构成。当血液进入本过滤装置后,通过组合膜芯的层层滤膜向下渗漏。本实用新型血液过滤装置主要用于过滤血液中的血脂,其可滤去血液中的乳糜脂蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白等。一次过滤就可降低47%以上的胆固醇和35%以上的甘油三脂。而且,不会使血液中的其他蛋白质受到任何损失。经过处理后的血液再回输给患者,安全性高。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种血液过滤装置,尤指一种用于过滤血液中血脂的血液过滤装置。
【背景技术】
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,高血脂已渐渐成为一种普遍的疾病。医疗界对于此种疾病一般采用药物治疗以降低患者血液中血脂的浓度,但是药物的治疗效果并不理想。为了能快速降低血脂,医疗界研制出了降脂器,其通常采用物理化学方法进行降脂。降脂器相对于药物降脂,其降脂效果更为直接、显著,但血液降脂的最终结果仍不够理想,且存在一定的安全性问题。如目前我国医疗界临床所采用的降脂器,其首先将患者的血液以化学处理的方式调整其pH值,再通过化学沉淀沉淀血液,最后过滤血液中的血脂。采用此种降脂器过滤血液中的血脂,整个过程至少需要3个小时才能完成。经过两次上述血脂过滤后的血液,其血脂去除率仅为30~50%,去脂效果并不显著,且经过此种降脂器处理过的血液,血液中的部分凝血因子会因血液经过化学处理过而受到损失。另外,此种降脂器的重复性差,操作过程复杂,且每台设备费用相当高昂,使治疗成本提高很多。
因此,国内医疗界迫切需要一种价格相对低廉,且去脂效果显著的血液过滤装置来满足国内医疗界在高血脂疾病治疗中的应用需求。
【实用新型内容】
为了克服上述国内医疗界在高血脂疾病治疗中所遇到的无适合的血液过滤装置的问题。本实用新型提供一种血液过滤装置,其可有效的过滤血液中的血脂,且其成本低廉、操作方便、安全性强、重复性好。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种血液过滤装置,其包括有壳体及位于该壳体内的组合膜芯,壳体包括有上盖与底座,壳体的上盖设有第一开口与第二开口,底座上设有第三开口;该组合膜芯由若干层滤膜层层堆叠构成,构成组合膜芯的这些滤膜至少包括A、B、C三种滤膜,此三种滤膜的构成材料各不相同,其中至少有一种滤膜的构成材料为血脂特异性亲和吸附材料。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:由于其采用纯物理的亲和过滤方式过滤血液,无需使用任何化学缓冲剂,也无需进行任何化学处理,因此,使得本血液过滤装置成本低廉、操作方便、安全性强、重复性好。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型血液过滤装置包括有壳体及位于壳体内的组合膜芯8。
壳体由上盖4与底座6连接构成,于上盖4上设有用于血液进入壳体内的第一开口1及可保证血液顺利流入的第二开口2。若上盖4外形结构设计成弧形结构,则使得第一开口1位于弧形结构的顶端,这样则有利于血液进入壳体内后更顺畅、更均匀的进入组合膜芯8。于底座6上设有用于血液流出的第三开口7。
组合膜芯8由至少5层滤膜层层堆叠而成,各层滤膜分别为A、B、C三种滤膜之一,其排列顺序为A、B、A、A、C。滤膜层的直径约为200毫米,各层滤膜的边缘处采用热熔膜密封使得组合膜芯形成整体多层式结构,整个组合膜芯的厚度在13毫米与58毫米之间,各层滤膜的厚度可更据需求不同而定,既可采用较厚的单层滤膜,也可采用较薄的多层滤膜。第一层滤膜用于过滤血液中的乳糜脂蛋白,其可采用美国科诺公司生产的DELP过滤膜,其厚度可在4~17毫米之间。第二层滤膜用于过滤血液中的颗粒物质,其可采用美国科诺公司生产的90SP过滤膜或90SA过滤膜。第三层滤膜及第四层滤膜用于吸附血液中的胆固醇、甘油三脂及低密度脂蛋白,其可采用美国科诺公司生产的DELP过滤膜,其中第三层滤膜的厚度可在4~34毫米之间。第五层滤膜用于去除细菌,其可采用美国科诺公司生产的0.2μ过滤膜。于组合膜芯8与壳体间设置复热熔膜5,以双层密封实现边缘无泄漏。
采用本实用新型血液过滤装置处理过的血液去脂效果如下表所示:

经过本实用新型血液过滤装置过滤后的血液,经测定,血液中的其他蛋白质未受到任何损失。
本实用新型血液过滤装置采用纯物理的亲和过滤方式过滤血液,无需使用任何化学缓冲剂,也无需进行任何化学处理,使得本血液过滤装置成本低廉、操作方便、安全性强、重复性好。
Claims (10)
1.一种血液过滤装置,其包括有壳体及位于该壳体内的组合膜芯,壳体包括有上盖与底座,壳体的上盖设有第一开口与第二开口,底座上设有第三开口;其特征在于:该组合膜芯由若干层滤膜层层堆叠构成,构成组合膜芯的这些滤膜至少包括A、B、C三种滤膜,此三种滤膜的构成材料各不相同,其中至少有一种滤膜的构成材料为血脂特异性亲和吸附材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述组合膜芯至少由5层滤膜层层堆叠构成,分别按A、B、A、A、C的顺序排列。
3.根据权利要求2所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的A、B、C三种滤膜分别为DELP、90SP和0.2μ过滤膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的第一层、第三层过滤膜的厚度分别为4~17毫米和4~34毫米。
5.根据权利要求2所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的A、B、C三种滤膜分别为DELP、90SA和0.2μ过滤膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的第一层、第三层过滤膜的厚度分别为4~17毫米和4~34毫米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述组合膜芯的厚度在13毫米与58毫米之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述组合膜芯各层滤膜边缘处采用热熔膜密封使得该组合膜芯为整体多层次结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述组合膜芯密封于所述壳体内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的血液过滤装置,其特征在于:所述组合膜芯与壳体间涂有复热熔膜。
