本实用新型是一种改进的轴流式谷物脱粒机,其特点是输送槽内输送带主动辊筒两侧装有防缠草铲切刀,轴流滚筒的凹板为阶梯密度式栅格凹板,凹板栅格间隙前大后小,振动筛正对输送槽一侧的筛面上有谷粒导流板。本实用新型轴流式谷物脱粒机有效地解决了现有轴流式谷物脱粒机输送槽易缠草堵塞,脱粒滚筒易堵塞及振动筛分离质量较差等缺点,作业性能明显提高。

本实用新型涉及农业收获机械,即一种轴流式谷物脱粒机。
背景技术
现有场上作业,或背负在拖拉机上田间作业的轴流式谷物脱粒机,输送槽将带穗作物秸杆送入轴流脱粒机进行脱粒、分选。进入脱粒机的带穗作物由滚筒向另一侧端移动,在移动和园周运动中,受滚筒的打击,梳刷,并在凹板上反复揉搓而脱粒。谷粒及杂余通过凹板栅格孔落至振动筛,经风机气流风选及振动筛清选分离后落入储粮箱。糠和短茎杆由风机直接吹出机外。秸杆在滚筒离心力和排草轮作用下,由排草口抛出机外。但在工作中发现在输送槽内主动辊筒附近常有秸杆缠绕,造成堵塞,而轴流滚筒入口处和振动筛筛面上也有堵塞现象,至使分离清选效果受到影响。
发明内容
针对现有轴流式谷物脱粒机存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种轴流式谷物脱粒机。该谷物脱粒机由输送槽和轴流式脱粒、分离部件组成,输送槽内输送带主动辊筒两侧装有防缠草铲切刀,轴流滚筒的凹板为阶梯密度式栅格凹板,凹板栅格间隙从前向后逐渐缩小,分离部件正对输送槽一侧的筛面上有谷粒导流板,输送槽与轴流滚筒喂入口连接处设有可调档草板。
本实用新型谷物脱粒机有效地解决了输送槽缠草堵塞及滚筒堵塞,振动筛分选质量不高等缺点,明显提高了脱粒机工作效能和质量。

具体实施方式
本实用新型轴流式谷物脱粒机,由输送槽1和轴流脱粒机14组成。输送槽1内输送带2的主动辊筒5两侧装有带可调螺孔3的防缠草铲切刀4。输送槽1的固定档板6上安装有带调节螺栓7的可调档草板8,以防止滚筒内秸杆回吐输送槽1,轴流滚筒11的凹板为阶梯密度式栅格凹板10,栅格凹板间隙15从前向后逐渐缩小,振动筛13正对输送槽1一侧的筛面上有谷粒导流板16。由于栅格凹板间隙15前大后小,使滚筒脱下的谷粒不会滞留堵塞凹板,能尽快通过栅格间隙,而振动筛面上的谷粒导流板16可避免脱下的谷粒推积在一侧振动筛面上,影响分离效果。

1、一种轴流式谷物脱粒机,由输送槽和轴流式脱粒、分离部件组成,其特征在于所说的输送槽(1)内输送带主动辊筒(5)两侧装有防缠草铲切刀(4),所说的轴流滚筒(11)的凹板为阶梯密度式栅格凹板(10),凹板栅格间隙(15)从前向后逐渐缩小,所说的分离部件振动筛(13)正对输送槽(1)一侧的筛面上有谷粒导流板(16)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轴流式谷物脱粒机,其特征在于所说的输送槽(1)与轴流滚筒喂入口(9)连接处设有可调档草板(8)。
