Abstract

本实用新型涉及的是一种复合型实木地板，属于家庭装饰的实木地板。
技术背景
目前，大多数家庭或办公室的地面装饰均采用全实木地板。该实木地板由于吸水性强，伸缩变化大，易变形，对于冷、热温差大及潮湿的地区不宜适用。尤其我国木材缺乏，实木板的成本价高，给普通百姓家庭的装饰带来一定的困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的提出一种复合型实木地板，克服上述缺点，该实木地板的具有热胀、冷缩性小，稳定性高，适用于潮湿或温差变化大的地区使用，更使用于地热采暖系统的地面铺设。
一种复合型实木地板，其特征在于它是由三分之一的实木板和三分之二的多层胶合板构成。实木板与多层胶合板之间由黏胶热压为一体。该地板的上表面涂有UV漆层，底层及侧壁和凹、凸槽的表面浸涂有高分子结构材料的防护层。高分子结构的材料为聚乙脂或聚氯乙脂。
本实用新型的由于采用实木板和多层胶合板为复合型结构，它具有热胀冷缩性小，稳定性高，适用于潮湿或温差变化大的地区使用。同时节约大量名贵木材，降低成本，也更有利于地热采暖系统的地面装饰。

实施例说明
一种复合型实木地板，它是由三分之一的实木板4和三分之二的多层胶合板5构成的。本实木地板采用上部为三分之一的实木板，可节省大量名贵木材，并在整体上保持了实木地板铺装后的美观和效果。下部使用三分之二的多层胶合板，其价格低廉，并具有良好的热胀冷缩性，其物理性热胀冷缩系数小。该复合型地板的实木板4和多层胶合板5由黏胶2热压成为一体，在复合型实木地板的上表面涂有UV漆层3，复合型实木地板的底层和侧壁和以及侧壁上的凹、凸槽表面浸涂有高分子结构材料的防护层1。高分子结构的材料为聚乙脂或聚氯乙脂物质。高分子材料物质将复合木地板的管状纤维孔进行填充，并将其封闭，防止了地板因吸收或放出水分引起地板的变形，减少了因潮湿或冷热变化而导致的变形，保持地板的稳定性。尤其是在地热采暖系统中使用该地板，更具有广泛的经济价值。

1、一种复合型实木地板，其特征在于它由三分之一的实木板和三分之二的多层胶合板构成，实木板与多层胶合板之间由黏胶热压为一体；该实木地板的上表面涂有UV漆层，底层和侧壁以及侧壁上的凹、凸槽表面浸涂有高分子结构材料的防护层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合型实木地板，其特征在于高分子结构材料为聚乙脂或聚氯乙脂。
