Abstract

本实用新型是有关于一种具有警示功能的电缆线,包括:电源插座、电源插头及连接前述两者的缆线本体,其特征是:于缆线本体上以并联的方式装设至少一个发光装置,并利用电缆线提供发光体所需的电源使其发出光源,可指示或提醒不知情者该电缆线存在的区域,达到警示的功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电缆线,特别是一种具有警示功能的电缆线。
背景技术
请参阅图1,是显示习知延长用电缆线。延长电缆线的目的,主要是固定式电源的再延伸,延长电缆线1的两端分别设有插头11及插座12,两者之间利用缆线本体13连接以传导电源。然而,延长线的使用并非常态性的设置,有时仅为临时使用,所使用的时间相当的短暂,一般人往往不会特别注意到该延长线的存在。由于延长电缆线的设置为临时性的,所以,其所设定的位置也不固定,又是依照使用人的方便性而随意摆放,此时,延长电缆线的位置可能是出现于走道处、横挂于墙壁上或悬空垂下等。
习知延长电缆线本身并无特别明显的指示标志,往往会使不知情的人绊倒、撞到或因不当的拉扯而掉落、短路,使人员受到伤害;尤其是在光线不足的环境例如工地,这样的状况更是经常发生,让人无法预先防范。
发明内容
有鉴于习知延长电缆线本身无明确的指示标志,在光线不足的环境中或夜晚时,易造成危险,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是旨在提供一种具有警示功能的电缆线,该电缆线以明确的指示或提醒使用者及不知情的人员电缆线的目前位置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是由如下技术方案来实现的。
一种具有警示功能的电缆线,至少包含;缆线本体、设于前述缆线本体一端的插头、设于前述缆线本体另端的插座,其特征是:设有至少一个发光装置,该发光装置是以可透光的保护层包覆着的发光体。
除上述必要技术特征外,在具体实施过程中,还可补充如下技术内容:
前述发光装置的保护层的两端具有消除应力装置。
前述发光装置的发光体是LED或氖气灯。
前述发光装置的发光体是并联于电缆线的内部电源传输线路,以提供所需的电力。
本实用新型的优点在于:
根据本实用新型所实施的电缆线,可作为警示之用,以明确的指示或提醒使用者及不知情的人员有关电缆线的目前位置,避免不知情的人员绊倒、撞到或因不当的拉扯而掉落、短路而受伤;且能任意的增加其长度,以增加警示的范围。
为对本实用新型的结构、特征及其功效有进一步了解,兹列举具体实施例并结合附图详细说明如下:

具体实施方式
请参阅图2.是显示本实用新型的具有警示功能的电缆线2,该电缆线2主要包含:缆线本体23、插头11、插座12、发光装置24及消除应力装置25。前述插头11及插座12是分设于缆线本体23的两端头,该缆线本体23是串接着多个发光装置24,每一发光装置24的两端分别设有消除应力装置25。
请参看图2及图3,前述缆线本体23可为例如三蕊铜绞线,即火线232、地线233及设备接地线231;前述插头11相对应于缆线本体23为火线极212、地线极213及设备接地极211;前述插座12相对应于缆线本体23为火线插孔222、地线插孔223与设备接地插孔221。当插头11与固定式电源连接后,电源将导入缆线本体23,因而提供驱动发光装置24所需的电源。前述插座12是作为多条电缆线2串接之用,藉以延伸电线线2所需的长度。
如图3所示,前述发光装置24外层包覆以一透明材质(例如:PVC)所构成的保护层20,保护层20之内是发光体例如氖气灯241及电阻器242,其是利用焊接方式串接着电阻器242于火线232与地线233之间。藉该保护层20保护氖气灯241、电阻器242及连接的接点,使达成防止水份入侵导致短路与承受人员践踏的目的。由于电缆线2的使用或收藏上,经常会含造成扭曲,前述保护层20的两端进一步延伸形成宥消除应力装置25,可防止发光装置24随缆线本体23扭曲而断裂。
由于氖气灯241是利用交流电源就能发出光源,不需额外增加电源转换设备,使用上即为方便又有效降低电缆线的成本;同时,发光装置24是利用并联的方式设置于缆线本体的火线与地线上,避免缆线上个别的发光装置受损而影响缆线上其余的发光装置的发光功能。
请参阅图4,是显示本实用新型的具有警示功能的电缆线的另一具体实施例。由于各个国家间所规定的电源插头及插座的规格并不一致,所以,本实用新型的具有警示功能的电缆线2其前后端的插头11与插座12亦可随着各国的规定而有所变换,即图4中,是采用双极的插头31与双孔的插座32;其他构成则均相同于图3,不再赘述。

Claims (4)

1、一种具有警示功能的电缆线,至少包含;缆线本体、设于前述缆线本体一端的插头、设于前述缆线本体另端的插座,其特征是:设有至少一个发光装置,该发光装置是以可透光的保护层包覆着的发光体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有警示功能的电缆线,其特征是:前述发光装置的保护层的两端具有消除应力装置。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具有警示功能的电缆线,其特征是:前述发光装置的发光体是LED或氖气灯。
4、根据权利要求1所述的具有警示功能的电缆线,其特征是:前述发光装置的发光体是并联于电缆线的内部电源传输线路。
