Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种具有内外防腐涂层的钢塑复合管,它由内层钢管和外层聚烃烯型料管组成,在钢管的内、外型上设有通过喷涂粘合的环氧树脂粉末涂料层,在外环氧树脂粉末涂料层与外层的聚烃烯塑料管之间通过高分子粘合剂连接,使该复合管耐腐蚀、寿命长、无毒、强度高、不脱层、耐温,内壁摩擦阻力小、坚韧、耐磨、耐冲击、抗机械损伤能力强。

本实用新型涉及一种具有内外防腐涂层的钢塑复合管。
目前国内生产的防腐钢管一般只在钢管外型喷塑(环氧树脂),生产时将成品钢管进行表面处理后,再单根螺旋进给喷塑,生产效率较低、成本高,在耐腐蚀、耐温、防脱层等效果一般。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有耐腐蚀、寿命长、无毒、强度高、不脱层、耐温、内型磨擦阻力小、坚韧、耐磨、耐用冲击、抗机械损伤能力强的钢塑复合管。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的一种具有内外防腐涂层的钢塑复合管,由内层钢管和外层聚烃烯塑料管组成,在钢管的内、外壁上设有通过喷涂粘合的环氧树脂粉末涂料层,在外环氧树脂粉末涂料层与外层的聚烃烯塑料管之间通过高分子粘合剂连接。
采用这样的结构后,在钢管内外壁采用热固型环氧树脂粉末涂料进行防腐,其与钢管管壁的粘结牢固可靠,不吸水、不透氧;最外层采用聚烃烯塑料,通过高分子粘合剂与钢管外壁环氧树脂粉末涂层紧密粘结,既可大大减少环氧树脂粉末涂料的用量,降低成本,又使外壁具有良好韧性,并使钢管外层获得双重防腐保护。
图1为本实用新型具体的一种实施方案的结构示意图。
为图1所示的本实用新型的一种具有内外防腐涂后的钢塑复合管,由内层钢管1和外层聚烃烯塑料管2组成,在钢管1的内、外壁设有通过喷涂粘合的环氧树脂粉末涂料层3、4,在外环氧树脂粉末涂料层4与外层的聚烃烯塑料管2之间通过高分子粘合剂连接。使这样的结构带本实用新型可以采用连续钢带成型焊接(含钢带表面处理)、同步进行感应加热、环氧树脂粉末涂料喷涂内外同步进行(内层用旋转喷枪),然后外复聚烃烯塑料,生产效率及自动化程度高,从而使本实用新型具有耐腐败蚀、寿命长、无毒、强度高、不脱层、耐温,内壁摩擦阻力小、坚韧、耐磨、耐冲击、抗机械损伤能力强等特点,既可明装也能地理,且成本低,是一种便于推广应用的新型复合管材。

1、一种具有内外防腐涂层的钢塑复合管,由内层钢管(1)和外层聚烃烯塑料管(2)组成,其特征在于:在钢管(1)的内、外壁上设有通过喷涂粘合环氧树脂粉末涂料层(3、4),在外环氧树脂粉末涂料层(4)与外层的聚烃烯塑料管(2)之间通过高分子粘合剂连接。
