Abstract
本实用新型涉及一次性餐具。用玉米等淀粉类五谷杂粮为原料,经搅拌,膨化片材成型、模压而成。本体的表面喷覆有耐温、防水胶层。具有全降解的优点,也可连食物带餐盒一起吃完,或作为优质动物饲料,完全避免了因泡沫塑料快餐盒造成的白色污染。

本实用新型涉及餐具,尤其是用后会全降解或人、畜可食用的食品容器。
随着人们生活节奏的加快,越来越多的人使用以聚苯乙烯为原料的泡沫快餐盒、碗、盘、杯等,给生活带来了极大方便。但由于其难以降解性,使用后大量丢弃,给生态环境造成永久性破坏。为了解决这种“白色污染”问题,各国都开始寻找新的快餐容器替代品。我国国家经贸委也发文通知,明令禁止泡沫塑料快餐制品。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用后能很快被降解或被人、畜食用的食品容器。
本实用新型由玉米、稻米等淀粉类五谷杂粮为原料,其特征在于容器本体由上述原料经膨化模压而成,本体表面覆有耐温、防水的可降解胶膜。
本实用新型由于采用玉米、稻米等淀粉原料做本体,其表面覆盖一层无毒可降解的耐热防水层,人们使用后,埋入土壤,会很快降解,也可连食物带餐盒吃完,或收集起来可作为优质饲料,对环境完全无污染。

下面结合附图实施例及生产过程作进一步说明。
产品截面由三层组成,其中1为膨化层,其表面均喷涂防水耐温保护层2。其生产过程为:将玉米、玉米芯从挤出机料斗经搅拌进入推进螺杆,物料在螺杆与螺套之间挤碾向前推进,当螺杆达到一定转速时,物料在碾挤摩擦过程中温度升高,其从成片器出口端挤出时,一接触外界空气,即会自然膨化,省略了传统工艺中的发泡工序。从挤出机出来的膨化片材,切割成段后经加湿机加湿后传到模压成型机成型。成型后的产品传到干燥涂胶台,干燥后的产品表面涂刷可降解、耐高温、无毒的胶水,经涂胶的产品再送远红外烘干机快速烘干,最后经包装消毒即可出厂。

- 一种全降解可食用的容器,其特征在于容器本体(1)采用玉米、稻米等淀粉类五谷杂粮为原料经膨化模压而成,本体(1)表面覆有耐温、防水的可降解胶膜(2)。
