Abstract
一种节能型铝合金平开断热窗,其窗框和窗扇均为三腔结构,内外各为彩色喷涂铝合金管材,中间为一整体矩形复合材料断热条,三者滚压成一整体。中空玻璃使用聚硫密封胶,硅酮胶或复合胶条密封。玻璃与边框间用泡沫塑料棒填充。玻璃内外均用硅酮胶密封。窗扇与窗框之间被T形胶条和L形塑料条隔成两部分,外腔即为等压腔,防止雨水渗入。选装三层中空玻璃时只需加高断热条即可形成新的系列。
Description
此前的已有技术中所用的断热条是两条分立的I形条。断热腔内均有铝结构外露,热量可以通过辐射和对流方式泄漏;玻璃与断热条间的空腔造成更大的对流致使室内侧铝材在低温下结霜。
本实用新型的目地是:进一步减少现有铝合金平开断热窗的传热途径,大幅度节约能源。
下面结合实施例作进一步说明。图1是窗的水平剖面图,上部是窗外侧,下部是室内侧。
内框(1)和外边框(2)之间是用滚压法夹紧的复合材料断热条(3),形成三腔结构,中空玻璃(16)中间的边缘是密封条(8),其材料可以是带铝框的聚硫胶,硅酮胶或丁基复合胶条。泡沫棒(4)用于隔断传导通路。双面贴胶条(6)、小泡沫塑料条(7)、硅酮胶(9)分别用于中空玻璃(16)的内外密封。三角压条(5)在内部固定中空玻璃(16)。
外中框(10)与断热条(3)、内框(1)形成第二个三腔结构。T形密封条(12),粘在断热条(3)上的L形塑料条(13)与O形密封条(11)构成等压腔,防止雨水渗入。
扇外梃(15)、扇内梃(14)和断热条(3)形成第三个三腔结构,同样固定着中空玻璃(16)。下铰链(18)的侧边固定在内边框(1)内,上铰链(17)的立边跨过O形密封条(11)固定在扇内梃(14)上,保证密封完整。
当需要三层玻璃时,增加断热条(3)的高度即可增加空间,无需改动铝型材即可形成新的系列。
所有铝合金型材外表面均经彩色喷涂处理。
综上所述,本实用新型减少了断热条内腔,中空玻璃外缘及窗框与窗扇间的传热损失,密封性能改善,节能效果明显。窗的力学性能、工艺性和外观都得到提高,并易于改变产品系列,适于大量推广应用。
Claims (4)
1、节能型铝合金平开断热窗,包括装两层或三层玻璃的中空窗。其特征在于:所有断热型材均为三腔结构;其复合材料断热条是整体矩形管状的;改变断热条的尺寸即可形成不同的系列,用于安装不同层数和不同厚度的中空玻璃而不必改变铝型材尺寸;窗扇与窗框外表面齐平。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能型铝合金平开断热窗,其特征是:中空玻璃与断热型材间用泡沫塑料棒隔成两腔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的节能型铝合金平开断热窗,其特征是:上铰链跨过密封条固定于扇内梃上,保持密封的完整性。
4、根据权利要求1所述的节能型铝合金平开断热窗,其特征是:窗扇与窗框之间被T型胶条和L形塑料条隔成两部份,外腔即为等压腔。
