Abstract

一种襻状支架人工角膜,包括镜柱,其中在镜柱旁均匀设有至少2根极细小的、用高分子惰性有机聚合物制成的襻状支架,支架的末端呈细小的环状,本实用新型与已有技术相比,由于襻状支架极为细小,因而人工角膜植入术后与植床角膜间的界面很小,不会产生房水渗漏等并发症,同时又能很好地将镜柱部分可靠地固定于光学区。

襻状支架人工角膜
本实用新型涉及一种人工角膜。
角膜病损后遗留的角膜自斑长期以来一直是人类致盲的首要原因,人工角膜植入术是治疗角膜白斑的最早设想,人工角膜一般由镜柱、支架构成,但由于制作人工角膜的非生物材料与受眼植床角膜之间不能产生生物愈合而存有界面,由此而产生的房水渗漏等并发症往往导致手术的失败。人工角膜并发症的根源是因为植入物与植床角膜之间不能产生生物愈合而存有界面,理想的人工角膜应当消除这一界面。目前主要是应用具有生物相容性及生物可长入性的多孔高分子聚合材料作为支架,使人工角膜与植床角膜组织融为一体,然而,人工角膜的并发症仍无明显减少。
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种与植床角膜之间界面较小的人工角膜,将植床与支架异质材料间的界面减少到尽可能小的程度,以利于植床前后板层的愈合及人工角膜的固定,减少以往人工角膜因与植床角膜之间界面大、易产生并发症而最终导致手术失败的可能性。
本实用新型是这样实现的,包括镜柱,其中在镜柱旁均匀设有至少3根极细小的、用高分子惰性有机聚合物制成的襻状支架,支架的末端呈细小的环状。高分子惰性有机聚合物应是透明的、极性较弱、无毒性、在眼内理化性质稳定、可铸压成型、切削抛光、抗拉力较强、不易变形、具有良好的生物相容性、植入术后能稳定存留。使用本实用新型作人工角膜植入术后襻状支架位于植床角膜层间,其作用是将镜柱部分固定于光学区,由于其本身极为细小,对植床角膜组织的影响较小,利于术后植床角膜的愈合,动物实验及病理学光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察证实了这一点。
本实用新型与已有技术相比,由于襻状支架极为细小,因而人工角膜植入术后与植床角膜间的界面很小,不会产生房水渗漏等并发症,同时又能很好地将镜柱部分可靠地固定于光学区。

现结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:
本实用新型主要由用分子定向重排PMMA制成的镜柱1、均匀设于镜柱1旁的3根极细小的襻状支架2构成,襻状支架2末端3呈环状,镜柱1形状为园柱,直径约为3.0mm,厚度和屈光度根据患者有无晶状体等屈光状态而定,这里厚度约为1.5mm,屈光度约为+40D,前表面曲率半径约为7.8mm,与人角膜曲率半径相同,襻状支架2直径可在0.08-0.16mm间,这里约为0.1mm,襻状支架2末端3的环孔直径约为0.3mm,长度约为1.5mm,襻状支架2距镜柱后表面约0.6mm,襻状支架2相互间夹角为120度,这里设于镜柱1旁的襻状支架2可以是4根或4根以上。

Claims (4)

1、一种襻状支架人工角膜,包括镜柱,其特征在于在镜柱旁均匀设有至少8根或以上的极细小的、用高分子惰性有机聚合物制成的襻状支架,襻状支架的末端呈细小环状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的襻状支架人工角膜,其特征在于襻状支架的直径为0.08mm-0.16mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的襻状支架人工角膜,其特征在于襻状支架末端环孔直径约为0.3mm,长度约为1.5mm。
4、根据权利要求1所述的襻状支架人工角膜,其特征在于襻状支架为3根,襻状支架相互间夹角为120度,襻状支架距镜柱后表面约0.6mm。
