随着医疗科学的日益进步与发展,各种医疗器材也同时得到了不断创新和改进,以期能达到与医疗有相辅相成的效果,对于长期卧病在床的患者(如中风、植物人等患者),由于身体翻身不便,局部长期受压,导致循环系统不良而引起化脓菌繁殖所致的褥疮病症的发生,针对这种症状,唯一的办法只有使受压处的湿度能经常得到调节,让该处的皮肤能保持干燥的状态,方有改善褥疮病症的可能。因而,市面上就有了气垫床的产生,其结构大致如图1、2所示,一般由一气垫床体10、一控制箱20及二进气管30所组成,而控制箱20内有一个泵40及一调节装置50,借助调节装置50反复供给空气,经过二进气管30到气垫床体10的相隔立体条管101,使得相隔立体条管101在等时间差内呈胀、缩状态(见图1、2)从而达到按摩病患者的效果,使病患者的受压部位在一定时间差内能有更替松、紧的压力,以达到保持该部位干燥的目的。这就是气垫床的主要功能。另外,如图3,其中该调节装置50是由一马达501、一弹簧502、一供气块503及调节阀504所组成,供气块503有一供气管5031及二进气管5032,分别与供气块50顶面的一供气孔5033及二进气孔5034连通,而供气管5031受马达501上方的二侧片5011抵掣,使供气块503无法旋转,且调节阀504压掣在供气块503上方,其底部受弹簧502向上弹掣,由一插销505插着,使调节阀504与供气块503间毫无间隙,受马达501驱动而缓慢旋转,另外,该调节阀504在于底面的构造,向上呈有一中央凹环5041及外侧的数条导流槽5042,凹环5041在适当处有一个缺口5043与一导流槽5042连通,并在另一导流槽5042中设有一通孔5044用以泄气。With the increasing progress and development of medical science, various medical devices have also been continuously innovated and improved at the same time, in order to achieve a complementary effect with medical treatment. 实施例:如图8,为本实用新型的调节阀立体图。本实用新型主要是指改进的节流阀构造,现通过节流阀1与下方供气块2之间的动作原理说明本实用新型。供气块2具有一供气管21、二进气管22,且分别对应有一供气孔23及二进气孔24,在节流阀1的底面中央向上呈有一凹环11,而在外侧则有长短不一的二导流槽12、13,在凹环11的适当处有一缺口111是与导流槽12连通,长导流槽12是与可同时涵盖供气块2顶面的二进气孔24连通,另外,短导流槽13开设有一缺槽131,以供泄气之用。根据前述常用的气垫床调节阀的动作原理,详见图4~7所示,改进的气垫床调节阀的动作原理见图9~14,当节流阀1受马达驱动而以一定缓慢速度旋转到长导流槽12同时涵盖二进气孔24(见图9)时,这时二进气管22同时进气充气,继续旋转到图10状态时。其中一进气孔24继续进气,而另一进气孔24则自缺槽131泄气,再继续旋转到长导流槽12又涵盖泄气后的进气孔24(见图11)时,由于另一进气孔24已持续进气而饱和,所以可支援该进气中的进气孔24,以缩短充气时间,即缩短了相隔立体条管的胀缩时间差,从而节省了电能,提高了电能的利用率,当调节阀1再继续旋转到图12、13、14的状态时,则重复前述的动作原理,只是其支援与被支援的进气孔24间的互换差别而已,即形同反向支援的动作,因此,可节省电能及缩短相隔立体条管的胀缩时间差,提高按摩效果。Embodiment: Figure 8 is a three-dimensional view of the regulating valve of the present invention.
